I would say sandstone would be a nice replacement if it was sealed properly nut I love that pattern

It is intended to give the impression of natural light coming from above, but is in fact a recessed light cove that houses a 4 foot long warm fluorescent T5 bulb in an enclosed damp-proof housing. Hi -output LED strip fixtures are another energy efficient light source for this application.

beautiful effect. i'd love to do something like this in our bathroom. how deep is the cove? and how tall? is the fluorescent housing visible from below? does the fixture house 1 bulb or 2? and how many watts is the bulb? thank you!

The countertop material is engineered quartz manufactured by Silestone. It is an offwhite color with flecks of brown, orange and other earthtones.

Only the mirror on the wall to the left of the vanity is a medicine cabinet- it is from Robern.

Thank you. The room is 8'-6" x 9'-0" overall, with a 4'-6" x 3'-0" corner taken out that you can see next to the vanity.

It is a glass tile from ISLAND STONE, the pattern is Waveline, and color is Guava in a matte finish.

The lights flanking the mirror are called "Ultra Slim Sconce" by Sonneman Design Group.
