You and your bathroom – Honey Onyx wall and mosaic wall tiles
Your client wants you to re-design her bathroom walls. She’s tired of her current bathroom and wants something different. She doesn’t want a pattern or a shape or the same tiles. She wants it to look different, she demands the wow factor, but with a limited budget. You should definitely look at honey onyx wall or honey onyx mosaic wall tiles.
Formed in the gas openings of lava, onyx is found in various regions around the world, from Pakistan to Madagascar. This stone is extremely fragile and porous. So it absorbs moisture and is not stain or crack resistant. Very often a backing of some kind is placed behind the tile due to its fragile nature. Hence its usage as a wall tile although it can be used as a floor tile too. Hardly anyone honey onyx tile looks similar, which creates a fantastic non-patterned natural look. You need to unpack your crates first and blend and mix these tiles in order to get the proper look. Should you need to cut these tiles, ensure that you use a lot of water in the cutting process due to its fragility. Honey onyx wall tiles come in polished, sandblasted or rough finishes.
Honey onyx mosaic wall tiles usually come in honeycomb sheets. Choose sheets which look similar in pattern and color in order to get a natural, patterned look. Use these tiles with care as they crack easily. The last problem you want is blowing the budget because of improper use of tools and the sheets.
Water absorption is at 0.5%; porosity at 0.4% and grain per cubic centimeter density at 2.6. It also has a 1.1% degree in pores which indicates the fragile nature of this lava created tile. Edges come straight, beveled or serrated, depending on choice. Ensure your local tile merchandiser has the necessary knowledge and skills to ensure you get the right advice.
When using Honey Onyx, always be aware of its fragile nature. This natural tile will enhance your bathroom’s look by enhancing warmth and it will feel as if you are in a bathroom somewhere on a mountain. Your client will love the patterns that don’t match, the brown natural rock atmosphere it creates; yet the unique patterns will ensure the bathroom is unique and it will seem like a lot of thought has gone into creating the masterpiece.

Many people think about what they want their home to look like from the outside.
But what if you had the chance to design your home from the inside out instead?
You could solve your organizational problems before they start to ensure your new home has form AND function… along with all the pretty stuff that gets all the attention.
An Organized, Forever Oasis
Two-and-a-half years ago, Maureen and her husband, Michael, both in their 70s, embarked on the construction of their forever home, a project not many would take on in their golden years.
Maureen knew it wasn’t going to be easy, but she also knew there were things she wanted.
Top-to-bottom organization in her home’s numerous closets and pantries – and the ease of living that comes along with it – was on the top of the list.
After a recommendation from her trusted Interior Designer, Maureen called us. Rebecca from our team quickly got to work helping Maureen imagine her new, organized forever oasis.
Custom Organization for Unique Lifestyle Needs
Maureen & Michael’s punch list for the new home buildout included their master closet, guest closets, food pantry, and their ‘dog pantry’ – which serves their 2 beloved furry family members.
Following the initial consultation, Rebecca drew up 3D renderings of each space, mapping out layout, hardware, features, materials & colors to be used.
From high-end shelving to drawer units, spaces for hanging items, cubbies for shoes & small belongings, and storage for dog leashes, pet supplies, cleaning supplies, and more – the goal was to maximize on the square footage of each space.
Turning Stressful into Fun
Along the way, Maureen experienced something surprising – what could have been a very stressful process was actually fun!
Rebecca and the streamlined Inspired Closets consultation combined with our design process was a huge reason why.
The couple completed construction on their new, forever home & moved in 6 months ago.
Maureen was relieved when the big move went off without a hitch and unpacking was a dream.
Everything had a place. She could see everything.
Whether you’re embarking on your new construction, forever home or a renovation for the ages, just imagine how we can help you create your dream closets.

![Bespoke kitchen in London - how to choose the best company](https://st.hzcdn.com/fimgs/3d61a83f04a6bac6_4806-w360-h360-b0-p0--.jpg)
![diginoms](https://st.hzcdn.com/fimgs/66639bf504395e63_1315-w32-h32-b0-p0--.jpg)
Embarking on the creation of a bespoke kitchen that mirrors your distinctive style, caters to your unique lifestyle, and enhances the worth of your property is a task that demands careful planning and skilled execution. Numerous companies in London purport to offer unrivalled bespoke kitchen services, making the task of identifying the right company an overwhelming affair. This comprehensive guide will shed light on how to select the ideal company for your bespoke kitchen project in London. For context, let's consider a reputable company like Zawada Kitchens ( https://zawadakitchens.co.uk) to exemplify what a top-tier provider in this sector offers.
Defining Bespoke Kitchens
Before proceeding to the process of choosing the best bespoke kitchen company, it's crucial to understand the term 'bespoke kitchens'. Unlike conventional kitchens, bespoke kitchens are customised to the particular preferences, requirements, and space dimensions of the homeowner. They break away from the generic 'one-size-fits-all' model prevalent in ready-made kitchens and instead accommodate the distinctive architectural elements of your house, your lifestyle, and your personal aesthetic leanings.
These kitchens offer matchless flexibility, from material and finish options to layout preferences and distinct storage solutions. They also permit you to maximise kitchen space usefully and integrate appliances smoothly. Although a bespoke kitchen may require a larger investment compared to a ready-made one, the advantage of having a design custom-fitted to your home and needs typically justifies the cost.
Evaluating Experience and Proficiency
One of the primary considerations when identifying a bespoke kitchen company in London is the firm's level of experience and proficiency. Companies that have operated for more years are typically more skilled and competent. Additionally, a company that has stood the test of time is likely to be secure and trustworthy.
To gauge a company's proficiency, search for a diverse portfolio showcasing a variety of styles and designs. This portfolio should display the company's capability to design kitchens of differing sizes, styles, and complexities. This information is often available on the company's website, or you can request it directly.
Client Reviews and Testimonials
Client reviews and testimonials provide invaluable insights into the standard of a company's work, their customer service, and their reliability. When exploring different bespoke kitchen companies, make an effort to read their reviews on independent platforms such as Google, Trustpilot, or Houzz. Identify recurring themes in the reviews, whether positive or negative.
Reviews can disclose whether the company fulfils its promises, how it handles issues, its punctuality, and its respect for the budget. However, bear in mind that no company can satisfy everyone all the time, but a high number of positive reviews generally signifies a company that values its clients and delivers a high quality of work.
The Design Process Unpacked
Every bespoke kitchen company will have its unique design process. This process usually encompasses consultation, design creation, review and revision, material selection, fabrication, and installation. Understanding each company's method can assist you in choosing the one that best aligns with your needs and expectations.
Choose a company that devotes sufficient time to understanding your distinct needs and desires. They should offer a detailed consultation, make knowledgeable suggestions, provide clear and detailed designs, and be prepared to revise the plans until you're content. Companies that speed through the design process or are unwilling to accommodate changes may not be the ideal fit for a bespoke kitchen project.
Post-installationSupport and Guarantee
Leading bespoke kitchen firms take pride in their work and provide a warranty for their products and services. This warranty should cover the kitchen's physical structure - including cabinets, countertops, and other components - as well as the installation work itself. Some firms may also offer a post-installation service, including maintenance and adjustments following the kitchen installation.
This is an important aspect to consider in your selection process. A firm that provides an extended warranty is likely using top-quality materials and craftsmanship. In addition, having access to post-installation services can offer peace of mind, knowing that the company is prepared to manage any adjustments or issues that might occur following the installation.
Price versus Value
Price is a significant factor in any major home renovation project, but it should not be the sole deciding factor. In the realm of bespoke kitchens, the saying "you get what you pay for" often holds true. Companies offering services at a lower price might be compromising on quality, using inferior materials, or outsourcing crucial tasks.
Rather than focusing strictly on cost, take into account the overall value the company offers. This includes the quality of the materials they use, the competence of their designers and craftsmen, their reputation for customer service, and their willingness to stand behind their work. Sometimes, paying a bit more upfront can save you a significant amount of stress and expense in the future.
