Jannis's philosophy is "Homes, Redesigned for the Way You Live Now." She has worked in the field of Custom and PreDrawn plans since 1982. In 2010 Jannis turned her talents toward the field of remodeling design.
She is certified by the National Council of Building Design Certification.
She has completed training and received a certificate of completion in classical architecture from The Institute of Classical Architecture and Classical America. Her experience working with both individuals and builders to achieve their vision has been a big part of her success in the field of residential design.
