“I recently purchased a second home, that I knew needed "some" work. What we bought however, was a total gut job. I hired two great carpenters to do the work. I was trying to stay ahead of them acting as the GC. I knew I needed flooring, made several visits to large distributors locally. Was never really satisfied to the samples and answers to my questions. Prices were all over the place. The floor is such an integral part of the design, it is one of the most important decisions I can make to affect a beautiful outcome-obviously my wife designed the kitchen!!. I found SYP and Jason on my local Craig's List page. Again, a bit skeptical. I loved his web site and pictures, so I called him up. He got me real samples in a few days. They looked great. He quoted me a price and stuck to it. He answered my calls whenever I called him-and I did. He sent me pictures from his wife's cell phone when I need to show my architect the product! Superior service experience!! Knowledgeable and Honest. I ordered 2400sf of 8' lengths. Product came in protected crates, not one damaged board. Trucking Company was great too. WE had a lot of weather up here, and they worked with me on delivery. The Planks are acclimating in the house as I write, and look forward to sharing photo's of the finished product when work is complete. I really cant rate Jason and SYP high enough!”
