Had our kitchen and bathroom re-done. The cabinets are great, but the kitchen installation was sloppy. More than anything though, the customer service was extremely inadequate, primarily on the install side of things: it was unprofessional, untimely and disorganized. Bottom line is they are not worth the money and I do not recommend them.

Warringtond. I'm sorry you had some frustrations with your kitchen. Since 2013 though we have spent a lot of time focusing on our service area. We have a service manager with a team behind him, including service techs. We have reviewed our installers in the past year and half and have focused on more training and released the ones who didn't match up to our expectations. With the odd exceptions our service turn around has been 2-3 weeks after the install.

Our dream kitchen 5 week delivery turned into 11 weeks. Cabinets were 2 different colors when installed and that took another 4 weeks to repair. Still waiting for 4 new drawers and a panel to replace defective as well as numerous adjustments and repairs since December. My calls are not being returned. Clearly they are not going to finish the job. In my opinion 35K should bring a better experience than they deliver.
