“3 cm Granite kitchen countertops installed. Excellent value for the installation. Overall, we love our new counters. Very fair charges for scope add-ons. Installers were a little hard to communicate with but did great quality work. Cooktop cut-out was a little small from either a measurement or cutting error. It was remedied on-site. Under counter vent duct line-up was a little off but not a major issue after duct taping. I would definitely recommend these folks for the value provided.”

“Me and my wife went to new leaf to get our counter tops made and installed. Our sales rep was Rob. I was remodeling my kitchen myself and told me everything that need to be done so that the counter tops didn't crack or break. He took the time to get me like 5 different quotes because we couldn't make up our mind. He worked with our schedule to get done when it was convenient. There prices aren't bad when we shopped around. One of the other places we got a quote from was 1500 bucks higher for the same surface. The reason our ticket was large was do to the fact we chose a expensive granite and we have a lot of square footage. I would definitely go back there again. In fact I plan to when its time to get my tile done”

“Once again we have Valerie and John lined up , this time to update our master bathroom. Materials selected are top of the line - can't wait to see finished project when we come home from vacation! 2/17/2017 Tops Solid Surface just completed a facelift of our kitchen. We previously had 4" cream colored tile and maple cabinets, and a too large island. Valerie and John made some very good suggestions which saved us a ton of money while solving some of the issues I had with old design. We found them to answer questions in a timely fashion, clear on scope of work , and competitively priced. They kept to their timeline. They suggested to refinish our existing cabinets, scale down size of island, instal new appliances along with beautiful granite counters. We are very pleased with results and the way they do business. I would recommend them to anyone considering updating their kitchen . Their entire team were all very helpful - designers Jessica , Samantha and Scott , the project manager.”

They company has several long term employees and is very response on the rare occasion there is an installation issue. “I highly recommend Contour for anyone looking for excellent stone fabrication and installation. We are wrapping up DIY a complete kitchen remodel which required stone fabrication and installation. We were skeptical because of some dated poor reviews, on other sites. Saving $2000, the timeliness of completion, and more current reviews helped us make the decision to go with Contour. If I could give Contour more than 5 stars, I would. The service was top notch, the quality of fabrication and installation work exceeded my expectations. The backsplashes match the countertops, requiring two templates and two installations. Contour communicated with us every step of the way. One of their saws went down. Contour immediately let us know of the delay, which really wasn't much of delay at all. A crumb or spill will never find it's way between the appliances and counters. I did not want the behemoth slab on our island pieced, it is not. Fabricators without the expertise and equipment can not handle the slab on our island in one piece. We have enough remnants to install additional counter in our pantry and in a powder room. We took delivery of the remnants, and could choose another fabricator for additional projects. We will have Contour do the fabrication for those projects. We trust them, there work is excellent. For the DIYers who may not know. Material is purchased from one vendor, fabricated and installed by another. The stone supplier will not provide a price, just a price level. The stone price is sent to the chosen fabricator, who will quote a price for the entire project. Don't feel you have to use the stone yard where a fabricator sends you. We found our stone from another fabricator and had Contour quote and ultimately install our chosen stone. Contour gets all the stars!”

“I couldn’t be happier with Sound Tile & Grout. Rarely do service companies exceed my expectations but they absolutely did! A large portion of our main floor is rough tile that I don’t think had ever been cleaned. Brock completed the job in record time. Where it fit he used a machine that resembled a small Zamboni, and then did the smaller areas by hand. The end result was awesome. I would absolutely recommend Sound Tile & Grout’s customer service, quality of work, and reasonable prices.”
