When our founder, Dick Collier, decided to pursue homebuilding full-time in 1968, he brought a chemist’s methodical approach and problem-solving mindset to bear in establishing a reputation for attention to detail and a well-built house. Second generation builder, Dutch Goddard, has been expanding upon the R.E. Collier Inc. Builder aesthetic and tradition of excellence since 1985. Dutch builds distinctive custom homes which speak to his appreciation of the old and authentic, and yield to the practical needs and tastes of each client. Our homes have generated excitement and consistent demand for over five decades.
