“Don Kendrick did a complete bathroom remodeling project for us. The quality of the work was excellent and the price was competitive. In addition, we would like to emphasize: (1) Excellent communication throughout the entire process. The project started on time and ran like clockwork. We always knew exactly what was going to be done the next day. (2) Helpfulness. Tracy Kendrick made the process of selecting tiles, fixtures and paint easy. She even offered to visit stores with us if we had wanted to do that. (3) Transparency. Prices for everything were specified in detail. (4) Cleanliness. No workday ended without vacuum cleaning and we had no dust in other rooms. (5) Fairness. An unexpected weakness in our floor required extra work in the middle of the project. The proposed price for the extra work, to which we could hardly say no, was completely fair.”

“We chose this contractor over several others to renovate the kitchen and bath of our row house on the basis of two considerations: seeing the work he had performed for others, and the thoughtfulness he exhibited in addressing all of the many questions we had about his approach to our specific needs. Although the project is in progress, expect to be completed in about a month, we have been pleased all along the way with the workmanship and obvious appreciation for maintaining a look consistent with an older home. The dialogue has been excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others, and will likely use them again, should we need work done in the future..”
