This was the single best renovation or construction experience and I’ve ever had! The designer, Jeremy, helped me transform a small galley kitchen in my condo. They have me an estimated price and and schedule and stuck to it. And the construction crew was terrific. Very pleasant , prompt and showed up everyday keeping us on schedule. Very reliable and quality conscious and cleaned updater themselves everyday. Protected my home and floor and worked well in an awkward condo setting. Jake,Seth and all their crew worked hard to be sure I was pleased. I highly recommend them and they will be getting other projects here in our condo building because they were so pleasant to all the neighbors and careful about moving things and equipment in and out. Recently hired the team at Revision to do a large renovation/remodel to a beautiful MCM house. Through the process they listened to my priorities, gave advice where needed, and guided me through every step. We added a second floor and dealt with many existing structural issues and damage, so it wasn't a small job. They have great communication and kept me on apprised of various delays and issues as they inevitably arose. Overall very happy with the house and my experience with ReVision, and have already recommended them to several friends who are considering major remodels!

We hired the team at ReVision Design/Remodeling almost 9 months prior to being ready to complete the project and from start to finish, the entire group we worked with was awesome! Our first meetings with Dara and Melissa were so helpful in understanding the process and timeline of the project. Once we selected all the items and approved the plans the construction team took over and we were blown away by their professionalism, communication, quick response time and assistance in finding solutions based on feedback we provided. On top of all that, Cole, Jacob, Willie, Seth and the rest of the team kept us up to date on what was going on and kept our home/land clean throughout the duration of the project (which we and our neighbors appreciated!).

We recently worked with ReVision for a comprehensive home renovation that covered our kitchen, pantry, laundry room, and mudroom. They also installed hardwoods throughout our house. The final result is truly stunning, and the transformation from our original 70s-style home to a practical, contemporary, open, and airy space for our family is remarkable. We recommend them for any renovation projects you have in mind. In the initial phase, Anna and Melissa guided us through the design and budgeting process. Their support was invaluable as they helped us with design choices and selections, all while effectively managing our budget throughout the design, selection, and construction stages. We kept within budget and schedule, with only a few additional expenses due to changes we decided to make, yet we remained on track. During the demolition and early construction phases, we worked closely with Jake and his team. Jake's expertise, knowledge, and exceptional communication skills were highly appreciated, and he consistently went above and beyond. Seth and Eddie did a great job leading build-out and managing trades such as cabinetry, carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting. Looking at our evaluation in terms of (1) budget/timeline, (2) quality, and (3) communication: We rate budget and timeline management as a perfect 5 out of 5 since we successfully adhered to both throughout the project. The quality of work and materials also earns a 5 out of 5. The carpentry work was particularly great. Although we encountered some challenges with the electrical and painting subcontractors—such as lights lacking switches and missed caulking/paint misses after multiple visits—these issues didn't overshadow the overall quality of the project. Our communication experience receives a 3.5 out of 5. After interviewing 10 contractors, we chose ReVision, despite their higher budget, because of their impressive portfolio, design center, experience with their design and planning teams, and plan for communication with us through their mobile app and text for questions and scheduling. While the first half of the project showcased great communication, there was a decline during the latter stages. We found ourselves needing to exercise more oversight in terms of quality control and communication with subcontractors. Our concerns were addressed, leading to improved communication and quality control. However, we believe that for a higher-end renovation company, this intervention shouldn't be necessary. Overall, the renovation ReVision did for us is amazing. Despite some communication challenges in the latter part of the project, we still highly recommend their services and we would use them again on future projects.

We had an amazing experience and highly recommend this organization- start to finish they took care of everything with an incredible thoughtfulness and thoroughness I find sorely lacking with other companies. Seth and Eddie were our point persons and they over saw a team of exceptional craftsmen (and women). Everything was done to the highest standard & in a high rise condo they had so many obstacles - but they were on time, budget and were a joy to work with. Shout out to the cabinetry artisans - they were so talented and even enjoyed the occasional visit from our French mastiff & Bulldog. I couldn't be happier with the end result of my home remodel! While I had ideas about what I wanted to change in my kitchen, primary bath, and powder room, the team at ReVision Design/Remodeling gave focus, beauty, and precision to the process. Adam Bolinger patiently walked me through the development phase of the project beginning with the initial phone conversation to discussions and meetings onsite and then at their showroom. Designer Judy Ann Coccoma brought beautiful options to my selection process and provided the final design. Then the amazing team of Project Manager Dan Degner, along with Mike, Vince, and Chris, brought actual boots to the ground creating a beautifully updated and functional living space--their work ethic, integrity, and skill were impressive. Melinda provided Friday email updates with the work scheduled for the following week which I found very helpful. I had heard so many remodeling nightmares, but ALL of the folks at ReVision worked hard to make this process as seamless and stress-free for me as is possible for a project of this size. I can recommend ReVision without any hesitation or reservation.

The pandemic gave me a lot of time to think about remodeling my kitchen and expanding my family room. Yet, I was a novice when it came to selecting a design/remodeling company. Be assured, it is nothing like HGTV! But with a great deal of research and riding around our city looking at projects under construction, ReVision Design really impressed my brother and me. First, they took our call and set up and appointment to discuss the scope of the project we were considering. So many companies were not interested because our project was "too small." This first meeting went well. They saw my vision and were willing to work with us. We were impressed with how organized the project would be carried out and how engaged they would be at every stage of construction. As first-time remodelers, we both had heard the horror stories and our anxiety was elevated. The ReVision staff worked to reassure us that they were there to aways answer questions and correct any problems that might arise. They were true to their word! My kitchen remodel/expansion project started on time and ran smoothly. I was provided a weekly schedule of work to be undertaken or materials to be delivered to the site. If there was a delay, I was always informed and if I had questions, they were answered either the same day or the next day. Yet rarely did I have many questions. The project was completed two weeks before Christmas and it is beyond what I envisioned! I would recommend ReVision Design to anyone seeking to remodel their home and would use them again in the future. This is a topnotch design/remodeling firm, and the entire staff is excellent!

When it comes to your home, any type of remodeling project large or small, can be worrisome and stressful. However, from the moment we had our initial consultation with Revision we knew that they were the remodeling company for our kitchen remodeling needs. From the designers who were so knowledgeable and able to take our ideas and translate those into a design that created the exact look and feel we wanted to all the professional, knowledgeable, and courteous contractors that came to our house almost every day until everything was done to our satisfaction and according to the design, we could not be happier. Our kitchen was dated, dark, and not very inviting. Now, because it is so open, inviting and functional, it is literally the favorite place for not only entertaining our friends but also for our children and their friends. We wish we would have made the decision sooner to remodel but we would definitely recommend Revision for your kitchen remodeling needs.

We had to replace floors and our two bathrooms due to a foundational issue. We met with Revision and were sold from the start. Cole handled getting the scope of work, walked us through the process and at first you are talking to a sales person - then in the matter of minutes you feel like you are talking to an old buddy that is trying to help you out. Our designer - Jeremy is quite literally an artist. He knew EVERYTHING. How this would go with this, and new patterns, everything about which hardware is better, etc, etc. Melinda in the office handled an extremely difficult client (I always had a ton of questions) and an even more difficult schedule. We had to have piers put in, the floors pulled out, floors replaced, then bathrooms. She was an amazing conductor of all these tradespeople and we never, ever, missed a date, a detail, and best of all WE DID NOTHING. People just showed up and it was extremely precise. Finally - Matt. What can I say about Matt other than he was the absolute best on-site manager. He was always friendly, professional, funny, tolerant, and just a really, really nice dude. Everyone at Revision is that way. You always hear about remodeling nightmares. This was so easy, so well done, so perfect. If you need ANYTHING done that they do - you should call them. Now, seriously, right now.

Revision completely remodeled two bathrooms which had not been updated since the 1970's. They look amazing and are even better than we hoped! The entire process was excellent from the design consultation to the final inspection. Julianne helped us design the spaces and Cole helped us understand the entire process. Seth and Leo made sure everything happened on time and was well done. Melinda kept us updated every week with what to expect the next week. We stayed in the house while they worked and everyone was professional and fun. Everything was on schedule and completed as promised. I would absolutely use them for our next project and cannot recommend Revision enough!

Working with Mariah was a wonderful experience! She helped us create plans to turn a spare bedroom into a beautiful master bathroom and walk in closet. Mariah was professional, friendly, and moved very quickly getting our plans to us. She presented up with over 6 different options for thoughtfully designed floor plans to choose from (and even made edits in real time as we made suggestions!) before working on the final design options. Construction hasn’t begun yet, but I’m excited to see the final product!

ReVision helped us with remodeling our main floor, updated floors in our basement and additional HVAC on our top floor. The process was seamless, the staff were amazing and the attention to detail and customer service were outstanding. Our remodel with Case was an amazing experience! The whole job went so smoothly from design until implementation and completion. Fantastic! With a dark, dated kitchen and appliances failing soon after moving in, we decided to renovate. The idea was to knock down the wall between our existing kitchen and dining room to make one big kitchen. We wanted a design/build company to make the project seamless. After interviewing several top candidates, Case Design far and away stood out as the lead. At every point in the project, the team was accessible, engaging, informative, professional, and reliable. Our project developer, Anna Trakas was so helpful in all the contract details. Our Case designer, Jeremy Lanier, was just fabulous. He really listened to understand our needs, wants and aesthetics and interpreted all those details into incredible 3D renderings. The true gem in all of this is Cole Leonhardt who personally oversaw the project on-site. His expertise and craftsmanship took our kitchen to the next level. So personable, gentlemanly, reliable, tidy, exacting- he made our dream kitchen a reality.

I wanted to thank Case again for another miraculously well executed major home renovation. For 5 years I struggled to find a workable solution to our little dungeon like crawlspace. Getting enough head room into the space proved too challenging for me. So I called in the professionals who I knew could get it done. The Case design team put together a beautiful and surprisingly spacious layout. Ground breaking got started around February 2nd. My special thanks go to onsite manage Eric Wilson, who managed to pull off the nearly impossible in just 5 months. In the middle of a pandemic, and battling a personal tragedy of his own, he kept the work moving. He met and exceeded all the requests made of him by my mother in law. There were many. Some were excruciatingly detailed. Always with a smile and a solution, he delivered on all the promises and handed over an in-law suite fit for a queen. Move in day was July 2nd and she, and we, couldn't be happier with the end result.

This is our second time using Case Design as our contractor on our Historic 1930’s home. Adam Bolinger has been our first point of contact for both projects and has been absolutely superb. We’ve had wonderful experiences on both occasions. During our first remodel in 2015 we completely gutted the kitchen, opened up the floor plan between kitchen and dining room and gutted the upstairs main bathroom. We have just completed our second remodel which included a second story addition, sunroom, mudroom, master bedroom suite, and laundry room. Our project was lead by Eric Wilson. Eric was always prompt with communication, very knowledgable and demonstrated expert carpentry skills, open to any feedback, flexible around homeowners schedule, and followed through on all of our requests in a timely fashion. One example of Eric’s willingness to go above and beyond occurred when we were disappointed with a small gap that was evident when our barn doors were closed between the door and the door casing. Eric and team designed a creative solution that closed the gap and tied it into the design seamlessly. Eric followed through with all sub-contractors to ensure all areas had been addressed. We had the most phenomenal designer, Jeremy Lanier. Jeremy has excellent communication, timely correspondence, would respond to email inquiries even on the weekend. He went above and beyond on helping me find all the fixtures to complete our space. He made scheduled house visits to take measurements, check up on design progress, and for sampling of paint color schemes. Jeremy was determined to make my vision come to life. Overall, wonderful experience and highly recommend this team for anyone looking for quality work that sticks to their timeline. Our project was completed before the estimated timeline.

We hired Case to remodel our master bathroom. From beginning to end it was a fantastically easy process. Jeremy created multiple designs we could choose from and tweaked the final design to meet our taste and budget. Cole oversaw the project and all the tradesmen. He kept us updated and was very responsive when we had questions or brought up issues. He was even good natured about our poorly behaved dog jumping on him. And the final product? I can’t tell you how thrilled I am. The results are better than I imagined. The first time I walked in the finished space, I wanted to cry tears of joy. It was and still is so very pretty. We approached Case for our project because we watched as they did some remodeling for a neighbor and we liked what we saw. Case renovated our master bathroom. We enjoyed having Case as our direct contact while they communicated with individual workers during each phase. Eric is a wonderful project manager. I had dreamed of a new kitchen and finally decided to move forward. I met with 4 agencies and decided on Case because of the energy and demeanor that the designer, Marianne Shannon, had when we met. She and Katie Brown helped me realize my vision through the renderings and options that they presented. I truly enjoyed working with the Case team. Our lead craftsman/contractor Eric Wilson was the best. He was professional and skilled and pleasant and I fully trusted him in and with our home. He had great rapport with the various teams as they put together our dream kitchen and laundry room. I was impressed with the Buildertrend tool too! One issue I had though, was the timing. My project spanned the holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas) and it felt like it took much longer than initially planned. Overall, I am pleased with my remodel and we are loving the space. If we remodel again, Case will be my choice and I will definitely request Eric as our lead craftsman! Thank you CASE!

I heard about Case Remodeling from a friend. I had a design in mind and knew how I wanted the kitchen to turn out. Marianne Shannon and Katie Brown were so kind and fun and friendly and understood my vision. They didn't bat an eye if I panicked and provided fast, easy solutions. I enjoyed working with them and the rest of the team. Our contractor Stewart was perfect. My family and I loved him. Katie and Marianne picked him because they thought my personality would mesh well with Stewart's... And it did! I feel like we came away with a gorgeous kitchen and some people that I wouldn't mind counting as friends. The reason I am giving only 4 stars is because I felt scheduling made things stressful for me and communication with all the staff was sometimes off. Not all of the contacted groups would use the method of communication (an app) to talk to our contractor. Overall, I would love to work with this same team again to remodel our bathrooms. He updated us frequently regarding our project and kept us informed each day of what to expect. After talking with several construction firms we settled on Case Design/Remodeling. The key decision criteria was finding a company who was process driven doing high quality professional work. From there working with Melissa to design an island that addressed our cooktop style, meet our storage needs with the finishes that make a splash was critical. Next was lining up the various sub contractors who did the electrical, plumbing, tile and painting work all at the highest level. 2 ½ month kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room renovation. From the proposal, design, and scheduling stage, and through construction very knowledgeable and professional personnel. The project manager was a very skilled craftsman who worked diligently throughout the project. He also showed personal concern for us as homeowners and kept us well informed throughout the process. He always made sure that everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. Had a couple of hiccups with cabinet sizes, which were corrected with no excuses or questions asked. All sub-contractors were also professional and skilled.

We had the pleasure of working with Case Design on our recent Kitchen Remodeling project. Marianne Shannon was wonderful to work with from the very first day! We struggled for years with a non-functional kitchen/living space and needed help. Prior to our initial meeting with Marianne, we had our own ideas of how the space should look. Marianne listened to our ideas and expanded upon them in a way that we never could have envisioned. We had a kitchen remodel done on a 50 year old condominium. We had an idea of what we wanted done but the Case design/construction team did a great job of converting our ideas into reality. Thanks to Adam, Melissa, Drew and Tom the project was completed on time, on budget and as advertised.

We could NOT have been more pleased with Case. Our laundry room has absolutely made our house more functional. Although we probably could have gotten a room equally as nice with another firm, we doubt that we would have had an experience as great as our experience with Case. Our first contact with the receptionist really set the tone of our relationship. She was friendly, helpful, and she acted quickly in passing our information on to a case manager. Unlike other firms we contacted, Case returned our phone call within 24 hours. Our designer Marianne was incredible. She listened to my ideas, understood what I wanted to accomplish by adding the space, put it on paper in a way that helped my husband see it, and came up with her own great features that we have found to be invaluable. She walked us through every step of the process before we even committed and then followed through with us all the way to the end. We also had extensive contact with Drew, our project manager. Midway through the addition we had our third child. Drew went above and beyond in trying to help make our house less chaotic as we brought our baby home. He was diligent about checking in with the craftsmen to make sure that each piece of the project was being completed in a timely manner and informing us with as much notice as possible of inspections. The Case craftsmen, Tom & Brian, were so pleasant and they too were mindful of our family life. Watching them build was amazing. We also appreciated the contractors that Case hired. With three small children in the house, having strangers around could have been a nightmare. We were so pleasantly surprised to feel comfortable with everyone that came to work on the house. Although we had smooth sailing for most of the project, we did encounter some hurdles. These were stressful, but EVERYONE involved worked together to come up with solutions that made sense AND kept us happy. We love the space and will absolutely use Case again on another project.

What and Amazing Company! I can't say enough good things about the management (Adam Bolinger), designer (Melissa Haas) and most impactfully "Eric Wilson", who was the lead craftsman on my kitchen remodel. It was a complete demo and redo. Eric delivered above and beyond what was expected. The personal pride he took in his work as well as coordinating and managing the work of other craftspeople and expert, showed up in every detail. I have asked to work with Eric again on my future remodels that I absolutely plan to do with with Case! Always great working with this company. They have worked on several projects over the years at my house. Pretty much my go to team when I want something done. The project manager for a recent project was Eric. He did a fantastic job and his level of communication was unprecedented. Extremely reliable, always there when he said he would be there. Great follow up by him once the project was completed. Page at the home office is just a joy to work with. She stays on top of keeping the guys scheduled and makes payment of the bill at the end of the project a breeze.

Our experience with Case began with their designer, Marianne Shannon. Marianne came to our home to meet with us and find out what we wanted to accomplish with our 25 year old master bath remodeling project. Although we had a list of things we wanted to change and redo, Marianne thought of things we never would have that made our project turn out even better than we imagined. She was instrumental in helping us choose the right materials and colors but more importantly, making sure every detail was addressed. Our new bathroom is beautiful! I can't emphasize enough, the importance of good design before undertaking a major project like a bathroom or kitchen remodel. I would highly recommend Case Design/Remodeling. Case has a somewhat unique business model. They assign one of their craftsmen to your project. This craftsman performs some of the work but also manages any of the subs that are brought in, from the start to finish of the project. It is a team approach that really works. They stand behind their work and that of their subs and use only the best craftsmen. (Their tile guy was a perfectionist and did a fabulous job!) In doing any job, there will be some bumps in the road and a few surprises and our project was no exception to that. But Case was there every step of the way and made sure we were happy with the end result, no questions asked. I recommend Case Design and Marianne Shannon without reservation.

Case was extremely professional and treated our small job like a big deal (which, of course, it was to us!). Adam really understood the age and style of our house and helped us make choices to fit in to the neighborhood and enhance our existing home character. (Before and after photo of our front porch remodel is attached below.) Drew ensured timely and high quality work was done and Donald executed it perfectly. The timeline and estimate ended up being very accurate, and they have been responsive and helpful after the project was completed. I will emphasize again that the professionalism at Case is far beyond the other contractors I interviewed, and I would definitely hire them again for future projects.

Chelsea did a remarkable job on our remodeled kitchen. Even the carpenters were admiring her cabinet measurements. She had to follow the footprint of a counter top we saved and it was perfect. She listened to everything we said. She made sure the cabinets were measured to hold the contents of our old cabinets. We have never been in our kitchen and thought...wish this was different. It is the perfect kitchen for us.

Replaced bathtub with a shower. I couldn't be happier with the work quality. All employees were easy to deal with, very professional and very skilled.

My husband and I had two bathroom showers renovated and repairs to our kitchen ceiling done. From the very first encounter with Marianne Shannon and her team it was complete professionalism. The team was always on time and very respectful of our family and work life. Marianne was extremely helpful in guiding us to pick a new shower design for our master bathroom that we absolutely love. The days that the crew was working in our home they were always very clean and mindful of our home and space. Marianne, Drew, Donald, John and the rest of the team kept us up to date on the progress and the timeline for the project was very specific and detailed, so we knew what to expect daily. I wanted to brag on my Designer/Project Developer, Marianne Shannon. When I first met with Marianne, all I had was a vague idea of what I wanted to do to open up our main floor. Marianne listened, provided photos to give me ideas, and was able to "see" what I wanted. We bonded immediately, and she worked tirelessly to implement the changes I came up with at all hours of the day and night. Marianne worked to stay within our budget, which endeared her to my husband. We took down walls between the kitchen, dining room and family room and made it into one large open space. The project is nearing completion...and it looks amazing! Marianne is there for you every step of the way. She is available to help with any challenges that may come up, and is truly a design wizard. We could not have done this project without her!

The Case sales rep visited my home and briefly discussed my needs. He followed up with information on the full remodeling process and provided a quote with the scope of work based on our conversation. I have not yet provided the $1000 design fee/deposit to begin the process but am confident that Case will handle my job professionally once I am prepared to move forward.

Many times, contractors look at my designs as if I'm slightly crazy. I'm often wanting to try concepts that aren't traditionally used in my market. I'm decisive, meticulous and straight forward in nature and love to be responded to in the same manner. When I first met with Brad Little from Case, I instantly felt at ease. I knew immediately that he understood my concept and wasn't at all intimidated. He spent plenty of time with me going over the details, even scheduling a follow up to discuss moulding details to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. His bid came in exactly the day he promised, fully itemized so it was clear that there were no hidden or surprise costs. Case was one of the most professional contractors I've ever worked with. I have referred them to numerous associates without hesitation. I look forward to our relationship and future projects together. We replaced existing kitchen countertops with granite, removed existing ceramic floor and replaced with new ceramic flooring in kitchen and changed the cooktop in a week's time! Amazing job by professional workers. Very pleased with all involved. Would recommend highly.

This was a kitchen remodel. We were highly satisfied with the process and outcome. A team came out to do an on-site inspection; then the designer Chelsea Allard drew up plans which we approved. We went to their selection center to select materials, and once the materials were in, the project began. Service and materials were of high quality - carpenter, electrician, plumber, painter. They were not the least expensive estimate, but we felt the service and materials were worth the cost. We would definitely use Case again and highly recommend them to others.

We found Case on Angies list. We got quotes from three contractor’s and liked what Case had to offer: Experienced personnel, a designer, a foreman, a reasonable budget. We hired Case to remodel our kitchen and dining room. We asked them to tear down a wall between the two and open up the space with new layout, flooring, lighting, and cabinets. In addition, they installed new flooring and plumbing fixtures in the adjoining powder room, and flooring in the laundry room. We were impressed from the very start with the level of professionalism and skill. You can tell that the employees at Case work well together like a well-oiled machine. Brad was our first contact. He responded quickly to our initial inquiry and came out to tell us about Case, our options, and give us a rough cost estimate. We got quotes from two other contractors and Case was in the middle cost-wise. What won us over was the level of experience and the fact that a designer was available to work with us. The designer, Chelsea, was essential to us planning the layout of the project. She listened to what I was thinking and developed 3 plans for us to consider. We solidified the design and throughout the process, she kept up with every detail and every request. Undertaking a remodel like this, you’re required to make a lot of decisions about the plan. When I was stuck on a decision, she was able to offer helpful advice about some things I needed to consider. After the planning phase was over, construction started at the promised time. Tom was our crew chief for the project and each day we communicated in some way about the progress. All throughout this time, he was very considerate of our home and our preferences. Brad did a good job estimating the budget and preparing us for what to expect. Although remodels like this create a lot of dust and havoc to the rest of the household, we were given enough information to form realistic expectations. On the first day of construction , we were given a calendar outlining the project. The time frame of 4-5 weeks was accurate, considering some setbacks when unexpected plumbing and range hood exhaust issues emerged. This resulted in additional cost, but we had been advised this might happen. We have worked with other companies in the past and Case was a cut above. We are now about two months after completion of our kitchen remodel and still quite pleased with the results. Any issues that came up were addressed in the best possible way and sometimes we had to make changes that weren’t our first choice. If you have ever hired a contractor for a project of this size, you’ll learn 100% perfection is impossible. Case comes pretty close. I would highly recommend Case for their skill and professionalism. The first two photos are the "before" and the next two are "after" although we still have paining and tiling to do.

We had Case build a full wet bar in our basement. They were great to work with from the very beginning consultation visit all the way to project completion. They were knowledgable and professional and we are extremely happy with the final product. We will be using Case for other projects as they come up and recommend them to anyone that is looking for great service.

We needed a French door replaced. It was rotten and the old homeowners had replaced different parts of it a few times. I had a few different companies come look at the job, but Case was by far the most knowledgable and thorough when taking on the project. They arrived on time, worked quickly and they were done within the day. They were even super sweet to my two boys who were thrilled with all the construction going on in the kitchen. The door still looks great and more importantly works great and it's been two years!

We had three separate quotes for a full renovation of our master bath and thought Case was not exactly the cheapest, we had the most confidence in them with their successful history and good reputation in the industry. We were very pleased we selected Case Remodeling. We have a mid '80's house that with the typical smaller master bath, so our space was limited. Chelsea, Case's interior designer, was very creative in her ideas and drawings and worked with us on several different designs. We were very pleased with the design that we selected as it maximized the space very well, allowing for big upgrades and much larger shower and a jetted tub vs the bird bath we had before. Though we ran into a few unforeseen snags, like most construction projects, Andrew, our Project Manager, was always professional and prompt, ensuring all was taken care of. We even had a situation where a plumbing fixture was installed in the wrong place, but once we pointed it out, Case and their subs immediately fixed the issue and made it look and work perfectly. I highly recommend Case Remodeling for your next project, especially for bathroom remodels and renovations.

I recently had a portion of my kitchen remodeled by Case, it was the 2nd time that I have hired Case for my remodeling needs. They are responsive, knowledgeable, dependable and talented. The entire team did a wonderful job estimating, planning and completing my job.

Although I had heard good things about Case Remodeling my small bathroom renovation did not go as smoothly as I had anticipated. For some reason Case did not assign a project manager to my project and therefore several items did not get the proper attention and project materials were not ordered. As a result some work had to be redone causing additional time and attention from me.and a delay in the project completion. I will say that Case did correct all the problems that arose and admitted their mistake.

Our first of 3 projects this year with Case Remodeling was a complete redesign of the Master Bath. We completely gutted the space which included removing the tub and existing separate shower. Chelsea Allard designed a new glass and tile shower that became the focal point of the room and created a new expanded vanity area with bench to one side and a beautiful storage tower between the two sinks. It exceeded our expectations for beauty and function. Everything now has a place and the vanity counters are clutter free. The shower includes a large bench along one wall with the additional hand-held shower head conveniently located for use when seated. As a newly retired couple we were looking to the future use of this shower. Chelsea really understood our desires and concerns and met every need and was wonderful to work with. The project came in at the budgeted price and basically on time.

We used Case Remodeling to help us design/build a new kitchen. We loved working with them from the beginning to the end! We researched several companies before choosing Case. Their business model worked best for us and we really like that Brad was involved from the very beginning of the project. That being said, we were very pleased with other members of the Case team as well.. All of the individuals that we worked with have incredible integrity and very good work ethic. We trusted them in our home whether we were there or not. We spent several months designing the kitchen with Chelsea. She was very patient with us. She also came up with some creative ideas that we would not have thought of on our own. Even after we decided on the design plans and construction began she still made herself available to us at any point. Once construction began, our project took about 6 weeks to complete. It was finished on the date that we needed it to be completed by (other companies that we got estimates from were telling us it was going to take 90 days to do the work). The price that we agreed upon prior to the beginning of the work did not change at all! The project went very smoothly. There were only 2 very minor issues along the way (one was an outlet being placed too high after the tile was put up and the other was regarding the placement of the dishwasher switch) and as soon as I brought it to Tom's attention (Tom being the lead on the project) it was immediately handled without a second thought. Tom also did a fantastic job scheduling the electrician, plumber, etc. He plans ahead very well so there was very little lag time between different workers/contractors that were needed. His work is meticulous and he and his crew were professional and respectful the entire time they were in our home. We will certainly use them again and highly recommend them!

Over the past several years, Case has completed a number of projects for us including deck modifications, ceiling repairs, office modifications and a complete kitchen gut and remodel. In every instance, the Charlotte team, led by Brad Little, was very professional, responsive and provided a high quality service for a good price. Chelsea did an amazing job with our kitchen and was very helpful (and patient) as we made all our design selections. Logan was a great communicator and always kept us informed. Lastly, Daniel, who has done several projects for us including deck modifications in 2012, is exceptional. In our opinion, this team is fantastic. We highly recommend calling Brad and scheduling a consult - He's the first person we'll call for our next non-DIY home improvement project.

Case remodeled a master bathroom including installing a garden tub, retiling the shower and floor, putting in a framelss shower glass, repainting the room and putting in a new vanity. Demo and install took a little over two weeks. The entire case team was terrific to work with and very responsive before, during and after the project. I would highly recommend them for any remodeling project.
