We used Victoria Renovations previously to overhaul our kitchen, and we were so pleased with them that when it came time to update our master bathroom, they were at the top of our list. And once again, we are very pleased with the results! In addition to their excellent workmanship, we greatly appreciate the transparent communication with our project coordinator during the entire process, including ordering our materials. As expected, a project of this size had some snags, but Victoria Renovations always responded quickly and kept us up-to-date on timelines and changing situations. All the contractors cleaned up when they were done, and everyone took great care to keep the area tidy. We love our new bathroom, and we cannot recommend Victoria Renovations enough! We have already given their contact information to several of our neighbors, and we talk them up every chance we get.

Everything about Victoria is professional and first-class. I don't think I've ever spoken to a construction owner/representative in David that is as professional, truly attentive to your vision and desires, and dedication to getting as many details as possible squared away before starting the contract process. He takes the time to meet at your project site, in his words, "as many times as it takes", to minimize surprises and sources of conflict once the project begins. You will pay a bit of a premium, although in our experience, not much different than similar firms. There are companies without the level of staff and service that will have lower overhead and cost less, but we preferred the more structured organization and felt it was worth it. Shannon is a wonderful asset, responded quickly to our needs, helping us with tough design decisions, and always providing a supportive presence in a stressful, long process. I have worked with the Victoria team on three major projects, full basement remodel, full kitchen and laundry room remodel and multi level deck project. Each project has gone very smoothly from scope/contracting through execution and end of job. Obstacles did arise on each of these major projects, as they always do in remodeling, however the experience and excellent communication from this team allowed us to discuss solutions and keep the project on track. Because this team has consistently delivered a great remodeling experience and project outcomes I have just contracted my fourth project with the Victoria team, a second floor remodel. I can not recommend Victoria renovations highly enough! They did a Compele tear down (to studs) of our 1980’s 1200sq ft master suite. There were several challenges and complexities with the roof, ceiling, and flooring that had to be overcome, and they came up with creative ideas that really paid off. David and his entire staff work hard to do quality work, and would never cut corners just to complete a job. We were on a tight schedule, and they worked tirelessly to make sure the project was finished by our needed completion date. I love my master suite so much that I literally live in it! My husband calls it “my apartment”, since it’s the only place you will find me anymore! If you want quality craftsmanship, on time scheduling, and a company that actually cares about their customers, I would say to look no further!

Combined with their personal dedication for excellence and attention to detail certainly makes them stand alone - second to none. WHAT THEY ARE NOT: your local handyman or guys who defaulted into construction. WHAT THEY ARE: True professionals who chose the industry, who stay on top of national education and principles, and exceed industry standards. (Yes, I did my homework.) They primarily work on larger renovations (kitchen, bath, etc.), whole home remodels, adding additions, and complete basement buildouts (which was our case). That gave us peace of mind. They also offered design services and delivered a customized strategy for our specific project. The co-owners seamlessly brought together their individual strengths and efficiencies. They provided comprehensive and clear bottom line information. We knew what to expect each stage. They surround themselves with quality professionals and teammates. Everyone in which we had contact was outstanding. Working with Raymac was a true partnership. Many months later we are still discovering more ‘behind the scenes, eye to detail’ and true craftsmanship which impress us. There are many aspects that made our lives better. Was looking forward to meeting with them based on great reviews. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with David, one of the owners. In our opinion he made snap judgements about us and rushed through the consultation. We never received any follow up after our meeting even though he was to get back to us with a quote.

That is an average time spent with a perspective client on an initial free consultation. Our office forwarded over preliminary bracket pricing outlining what each of the scopes may cost via email on Thursday June 16th. As discussed during the meeting exact pricing cannot be provided without going through the design process and investing if the garage portion of the project can actually be built in the proposed location. As discussed we would need a survey to do preliminary assessment.

We loved working with Dave, Ramone and Shannon at Raymac Remodeling. Dave was great at offering ideas for our basement and helping us figure out what we wanted. Once the project started we had no issues as Ramone was heading up the project and kept us informed about what to expect. Shannon was very helpful in assisting us in making selections and keeping us on track to meet deadlines on choices. The entire team is very professional and they handled the project with care, as if they were working on their own basement. The basement was completed in the time they said it would and thanks to Raymac it was an awesome experience. We absolutely love our new basement and it turned out better than we could have imagined.

C. Kantola Interiors, Inc.

Raymac Remodeling brought me in as the designer for this job which consisted of renovating two bathrooms for their client. The project included reconfiguring a jack & jill bath into a single bath with more space added to a walk-in closet and updating the other bath with new fixtures, flooring, lighting and cabinetry. Throughout the project the homeowner's home was treated with respect and the work areas were kept clean. Protecting the other areas of the house from dust and dirt were also taken into consideration. Raymac's work ethic and attention to detail definitely sets them apart from their competitors. The clients were extremely pleased because the project was completed on time and within budget. As a designer they were wonderful to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone in the Atlanta area who is considering a renovation project for their home.
