Natural Edge Mantels

We were looking for a natural edge mantle for our new home and were lucky enough to meet AL. By asking the right questions and sharing his experience he helped us decide on the material, size, color & look we wanted . I was looking for a solid wood mantel with a rustic look. I had no luck until I came across Natural edge mantels. I was able to book an appointment right away and view the displays of various samples they had on site. Al was very knowledgeable and was great to deal with. I placed my order that same day. When Al found a fir piece from his kiln of beams that would work for me. Al not only delivered the perfect mantel he made sure we were very happy. I would highly recommend Natural Edge Mantels. We used Natural Edge recently to have a 4inch wide maple mantle installed in our existing brick fireplace. They hand scraped to give a slightly aged appearance. It turned out beautifully. We are very pleased with the result. They accommodated us on a tight schedule as well which was also appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone who wants this sort of look for their mantle. It really is beautiful.

I walked into Benjamin Moore and came across these beautiful live edge mantels. Well, that started my design thoughts going and in a matter of weeks; after talking with Ashley and Al, decided that our 1980's condo fireplace needed a definite update. They offer a large assortment of mantels and stains and if you get one, rest assured no one else will have the same one. Our fireplace surround was demolished and rebuilt it a week and as promised was before Christmas. The tradespeople (Michael and Darius) were wonderful and kept us up on what was happening. I would not hesitate to recommend Natural Edge Mantels.

I'm very picky when it comes to the furniture for my home and when I walked into Pacific living inferiors and saw some of the samples of their work I was excited to sit down with them and order a custom classic tree base - glad topped table. Even though custom work takes a wild to complete the finished product was beautiful and fit into my home perfectly....it was definitely worth the wait :-)

We have known Al for over 18 years and when we decided to renovate our home, we were looking to create a focal point in our living room with something unique around our fireplace. Al brought Earl in to do the masonry, and Al came by several times to measure and template the wrap mantel and hearth. A definite Wow factor has been created and all of our guests comment as they come up the stairs from the front entrance. Our girls love coming in and turning on the fireplace and hanging out in the room too. We are very happy with the end result!

We have known Al for 3 years and have enjoyed working with him. He and his staff are very approachable, and really care about their clients. Al does whatever it takes to make sure that the quality of his products are the highest and that you, the client, are completely satisfied. Our mantle we have now was not the original mantle we had ordered. Al was in constant contact with us, as our mantle was taking a long time to dry and showed us via pictures what it looked like. After seeing these pictures we realized it was not what we really wanted and Al said no problem we will find one you like. He searched his warehouse and we finally decided on one that he had on display. Al did not charge us extra and we received and had the mantle installed 2 days later. The installer he arranged for us was a carpenter, was extremely knowledgable and very personable.

My husband and I had been shopping around for a mantel and we came across Al at Pacific Living Interiors and saw that he had some. He was helpful with suggestions and accommodating to our needs, came to our home a few times and worked with our contractor who was renovating our fireplace. There were some issues with communication during the process, however, the end result is beautiful and we are thrilled with our new mantel. It has the unique and natural style we were seeking.
