“We hired McCartney Improvement Company to build our new house. The project began in November, 2011 and was completed in May, 2012. We were very pleased with the entire process and with the way the finished product turned out. Dave was involved every step of the way; helping us select a lot and design the house to putting on the finishing touches. He also ensured the project was completed by our deadline and within our budget. In my opinion, the thing that separates Dave (and his team of professionals) from other contractors in the area is the quality of work and the attention to detail. “Advance Homes worked with us to build a new home starting in November of 2012 with a move-in date of spring of 2013. All work that was done was of the highest quality and craftsmanship. Attention to detail was evident in the finished product. The house is extremely energy efficient and although we have a house in similar size to the house we owned prior to this one, the energy bills have continued to be much lower. The builders were spontaneous to suggestions and to questions asked. Additional items and change orders were addressed professionally, quickly, and efficiently - not holding up the progress of the work schedule. To say the least, we are extremely satisfied with our new home.”

“I hired this company to come and inspect an area in the basement of our future home. The company that did the original inspection noted that there was mold and that the wall was wet. We could already tell that from just looking at the house. As part of our offer, we requested to have a contractor in to remove the paneling and insulation on this wall to asses the damage behind the wall. Kevin Beirne came out to perform this work. He did a great job and documented everything perfectly. Kevin gave his expert opinion on the issue and noted nothing to be of concern about (grading of the lawn and waterproof paint resolved the issue). We felt so much better about buying this home after having the root cause determined.”
