I cannot say enough about the outstanding renovation work Igor and his crew did on our home. Our reaction was simple: WOW, WOW, WOW! The quality and workmanship exceeded our expectations through the entire house including the fantastic floors and staircase, bathroom, closets, fireplace veneer and mantle, and the basement. The attention to detail was remarkable and meticulous, especially the stunning stair case railings and baseboard trim. The basement framing was outstanding and they made sure everything was properly sealed and insulated. Igor and his entire crew were exceptionally professional, dependable, respectful and trustworthy. They aimed to please at every turn and were extremely fair in selecting quality products throughout. Being of Ukrainian decent, we were happy to support such a dedicated and professional team of Ukrainian tradesmen.

Igor Kraizgur and his team are the only true option for home improvement. Igor and the team are all extremely experienced and very hard working. We had a full basement renovation and at every step we had updates on the progress and recommendations on design. The team are always on time and very dedicated to their craft. Igor and the foremen were always responsive to questions and provided feedback within the hour. The project was completed ahead of schedule. After consulting with a few different contractors Igor and crew were one of the only willing to open up my main floor. Igor and crew were up to the challenge of placing a 26 foot beam in my main floor ceiling to give me an open concept kitchen/main floor that my wife and I could ever dream of. My wife is a big HGTV fan and man did we get a renovation that could be fit for TV. Igor thanks for making our house into a home. We walk down every morning thinking that we are staying at someone else house.

Igor and his team did a great job renovating a basement bathroom. After the first visit to view the project; they got started immediately and completed the work way ahead of schedule though there was a lot to do. The work was well done and the only issue was ordering and receiving the items they needed quickly enough! Igor's team were hard working, polite and friendly - they were not afraid to check with us for guidance and preferences when needed. They always cleaned up at the end of the day and did a very good cleanup after the job was completed. Thank you IK Home Team for doing an amazing job for me and my family .. They built a legal secondary dwelling in our bungalow and it was very well done, on time and within the budget and alot of times they went above and beyond for us to get it done. This was a large project but it felt like it was small as everything went smoothly and quickly and that was important for us as we were living on the main level during the construction.... Overall we are really happy with the project and the IK Home team ....We highly recomend them to anyone

Igor and his team were great. They came highly recommended and we are satisfied. We took over an incomplete flip right in middle of COVID, and luckily were able to sell our house quickly. Therefore, certain interior items were more pressing (like finishing the Kitchen and a Bathroom). Igor prioritized these tasks for us. We also have a more complicated situation with structural issues above both garage doors. Igor took the engineering plans, cut the concrete, installed new beams and finished the structure off, meeting the city inspectors review. I found Igor and his team very accommodating, they even took on some minor issues that came up that was not on the original statement of work. His quotes were reasonable and he ensured everything was to our liking. Would highly recommend him.

We gave Igor a tough job: a short deadline to complete the construction + manage the unusual business hours that he could that. His team did an amazing job and on time. From the floor to the ceiling, everything was well done. He also gave us advice on what to get and what not to do for our project so we could fit it in our budget. We are really happy with his service and we will definitely hire him again for future ones.

As a homeowner, I needed help finishing my basement project where I as most of us do take on too much. I found and chose Igor Kraizgur and his team, after interviewing a few other home improvement professionals. He was the most upfront about costs and his ideas about how to resolve my issues in a cost effective manner with of course my vision in mind. Throughout the project, instead of finishing things myself I just asked Igor and and his team to finish off the remaining items. They worked so diligently, clean and organized. He was also honest with his scheduling and there were no surprises with workmanship or cost changes. On any future projects I have coming up, I would simply text Igor and his team first without hesitation.
