“Mike worked with us to refinish our downstairs floors. We decided to replace some tile and carpet with hardwood in several rooms. Mike was incredibly professional, patient and calm in helping us understand the process and make decisions. Mike went out of his way to show us many color combinations so we would be comfortable with our final decision. Mike was available to respond to many inquiries throughout each step. He is very kind, personable and his employees did excellent and fast work. We found his rates were very reasonable. We highly recommend Floors by VAL and hope to work with Mike again in the future!”

The entire process from beginning to end went very well. Paul and his installers were very professional and really did an excellent job. The job was completed quickly and of the highest quality. “I moved into a co-op and didn't realize how much of a hassle it is to get ANYTHING done. But Freddy of NOVART was a huge help! After we agreed on what I wanted renovated in the apartment (fully renovate the kitchen and bathroom), he took over, gave me suggestions and made sure everything was up to the standard requested by the co-op management. He even was patient enough to work with the electrician and plumber that the co-op management made me hire since it was who "they" trusted.. he had to teach them what to do... The work was done quickly and professionally and even when I changed my mind during renovation, he never hesitated to work with me and gave me feedback on what we should and shouldn't do. The work was finished quickly even in the midst of the pandemic and overall I am very satisfied with the work done. No complaints and even though he offered that he'd come and fix anything that I'm not satisfied with, I haven't had the need to call him since everything was done well.”

“Brandon and his team are good at what they do. They conduct themselves in a very professional manner. They arrive when they say they will, they keep to the estimate, they explain what is possible and even what is not possible. We've had them work on our current house and also a new condo renovation we are doing. In both locations, a floor touch up and a complete flooring installation, they did a perfect job. “They had a large selection and Oscar was very helpful when we were deciding what to get. It took us awhile to decide and get the space ready and he was patient with us. The floors are really beautiful (Preverco red oak), although they dent easier than we expected. I have been told that hard wood isn't as hard as it used to be, so I don't think we got a bad product. Their pricing was good too.”

“Marcin & Kal of Euro Floors are top professionals. I made an appointment with Kal for an estimate. Marcin came and carefully explained all the choices of floors we had. We finally made a decision and contracted with Euro Floors. We have 4 wood floors in our home sanded, finished and sealed three times. Marcin and his assistant did two floors at a time. It takes 3 days for the floors to cure. Marcin is a top craftman in his field. They were polite, punctual and very knowledgable. Marcin explained that we need gray magic sliders on our furniture inorder not to mark or gouge the floors. He provided us with A Bona Started Kit which has every item you need to keep the floors dusted and clean. Macin is one of the few Certified Bona Craftsmen on Long Island and New York Our floors look amazing. The Living Room floor was in very poor condition. It is now fantastic looking.. Two of my neighbors came in to look at the floors. They were so surprised at the difference in my floors.”
