Absolutely horrible experience. If I could give zero stars I would. The installation that was done in my kitchen was a joke. It is separating and bouncing up and down. The job was rushed and not done properly. The owner has sent people over to "fix" it multiple times and it has become worse. I have called the owner several times to have this fixed and have not received a call back. We spent $7,000 on a floor that would have looked better if I did it myself! Stay away!

We recently purchased pre-finished Natural Brazilian Oak (Product Code: IPPFOAKNAT51/2) based on the attached floor sample. The wood grade is listed as "select or better." We were clear with the sales representative when purchasing that we were looking for a hardwood floor that did not have a lot of color variation. We were told that by choosing this higher grade of wood, there would be only slight variation in color. We thought we were buying a hardwood that looks like the sample in the store which has very little variation in color. However, what we received was a hardwood with extreme variation in color. See the attached picture of the hardwood once installed showing very light pieces, dark pieces, medium color pieces and even pieces of hardwood with a greenish tint. We were very unhappy and felt we didn't receive what we thought we were buying. We contacted Floor Expo to complain and they agree with our concern and seem to be 100% willing to help us fix the issue.

They had a large selection and Oscar was very helpful when we were deciding what to get. It took us awhile to decide and get the space ready and he was patient with us. The floors are really beautiful (Preverco red oak), although they dent easier than we expected. I have been told that hard wood isn't as hard as it used to be, so I don't think we got a bad product. Their pricing was good too.
