“Ryan and his team worked hard to make our home affordable and at the same time built us a quality home. We appreciated the extra steps to make it energy efficient as well. They started as soon as we were ready and completed it on schedule. Although we built a small house he treated us like we were his best customers ever. “No construction project is without unexpected problems and additional expenses. All you can hope for is an honest contractor that will explain the problems clearly and discuss options and expenses. You will get this with Jason Butler. All of his subcontractors were very good and honest as well. Even after the completion of the project he returned or sent one of his subs to fix any problem that were found. He also has great vision and style sense, so that the project blends with the rest of the home. We would definitely use him again!”

“I hired Steve West based on his fine reputation as a custom builder. I have found him to be patient and extremely knowledgeable. He worked well with my architect and subs who all have a high respect for him. He is well-organized and provides finely detailed specs with cost estimates (which lenders love). His system for keeping costs transparent and on track is very reassuring. In all I recommend him highly. Because of the weather delaying the start of my house and issues with the developer of the land my project has been delayed for a year. But we are set to close on the lot and hope to break ground in early August. Sorry, no pictures.”
