“When embarking on our home renovation, on our 22 year old house, we really didn’t have a good idea of what we wanted to do other than replace our outdated carpet in our main living area with hardwood floors. My wife had some general ideas of things she had seen in magazines and on TV, but we really didn’t know where to start or what steps to take. My main concern was finding/scheduling the right people to do the work, once we decided what we wanted to do. That’s when we went to the Indianapolis Home Show and found the Harmony Homes booth and met Marcie. The booth was decorated with the “right” feel that immediately attracted my wife to their vibe. A few weeks after that encounter we were contacted based on our visit with them at the home show. We set up our initial appointment and started the process of defining our project and getting their expertise and advice to guide us through the journey. After meeting with Michelle and Sydney a half dozen times over a few month period the picture started coming into view as they provided renderings and suggestions as to features we might want to include. When they suggested something that we didn’t think was the right fit, there were no egos or hurt feelings, they just continued to try find what we were happy with, even though we may have changed our minds several times. As the project continued to take shape it grew as we saw the possibilities and “The Girls” always were eager to go with the flow and accommodate our needs and desires. Once the work physically started on the house the scheduling and workmanship was as smooth as could be. Communication was always open and if we had any questions all we had to do was text or call and they were always available in short order. They provided at least weekly visits on site during the renovation, more if needed. “The Girls” from Harmony were always there to help provide furnishings and give advice on other purchases (including furniture) that we made as a part of the process. They scheduled all of the manpower for moving existing furniture, demo, construction and even when that effort extended outside of the house to repair roofing or sealing windows that we found were leaking and causing damage. The professionalism and accommodating approach of “The Girls” at Harmony Homes was all we could have asked for, and we ARE VERY HAPPY with the experience and the result.”
