This company offers dumpster services which is what I'm reviewing. Their up front cost is the cheapest you'll find but they hit you with outrageous overages. I rented a 15 yd dumpster for 299. Dirt cheap. I filled it halfway with wood from a deck and a 4x4 brick landing. This dumpster was half filled and they hit me with a 191 dollar overage. Simply outrageous. Bait and switch, plain and simple

Where to even begin! My husband and I bought our house a year ago and our Kitchen/Laundry Room/Half Bath Reno on the 1st floor was the first major project that we wanted to tackle. We interviewed 4 different contractors before deciding to move ahead with Robyn at Home Solutions. We liked that she gave use several options within our budget, was always quick to respond to a phone call or email, and she understood our vision and what we wanted from the start. Also, Robyn was the only contractor to bring contractors with her to our house to cut some holes in the walls to see what kind of pipes/wiring we had in our walls. By doing this, she found some piping and wires that needed to be moved and this was incorporated into her pricing. The other contractors that I met with did not do this, so their price did not include this work and would have been an extra expense on the back end. I also ask 1001 questions and she was always very patient with me. We signed the contract with her in March and the project started on time in June. Jerry and the team of contractors were great guys and a pleasure to see every day. They showed up on time every day and stayed all day, hardly taking any breaks except for lunch! Every Wednesday or Thursday Robyn would send me an email with the schedule for the following week and what would be happening every day and step of the way. There were never any delays, and everything was completed on time. We did have a few hiccups at the end - not anyone's fault. The dishwasher we had picked out did not fit in the space that we had. Robyn managed to have the dishwasher removed and a new dishwasher installed in 2 days! I didn't have to call anyone or arrange a swap. Robyn took care of everything. We also had another small issue with a bathroom faucet. My husband and I bought the wrong size faucet, and Robyn helped us return the incorrect one and ordered a new one in it's place. Also, we needed the cabinet refinisher to come and touch up a few spots on our cabinets and Robyn was on top of them until we got on the refinishers calendar. It was nice to not have to worry about anything because Robyn had it all under control. She is so organized and on top of every single detail every step of the way. Jerry, the main contractor, was amazing as well. He was so detail oriented and a perfectionist! He kept working on something until it was perfect. Things that my husband and I didn't even notice - he would point out and make slight corrections or adjustments if needed. Jerry also helped us pick out our grout colors for the tile floor and backsplash. He did not like the colors that I picked, and I trusted his judgment and went with his choice - and we are so glad that we did! Jerry was so professional and knowledgeable, and his work quality was excellent. All in all, I would highly recommend Robyn and the Home Solutions team. The entire process from beginning to end was seamless. We definitely plan on using them again in the future for our Master Bathroom renovation.

We chose Home Solutions for our kitchen redo and could not be happier. Robyn and her team are second to none. From start to finish the team was creative, attentive, detail oriented, organized, and friendly. This was our first major project in our house- the entire first floor was updated - hardwood floors, a beam was put in, we moved walls etc. So our worst fears were haunting us before we started! You know, the fear that the contractor will destroy your home, start and leave without you knowing, having to track them down and keep them on schedule. Well, those surprisingly did not happen on this project! Robyn was all over this project, providing early design advice with knowledge from her certifications, best practices, and it helped that her in-laws are one of the biggest developers in the area. She has the experience! She provided us weekly updates, was all over her team to get things done as planned. In many cases, we had to push ourselves to keep up with the pace of change in the house. When is the last time you heard that! Robyn also surrounds herself with great talent . You have Jerry who is the GC on the job. The only GC who has obsessive cleaning disorders. The guy always left the house cleaner than the day before. He also was very punctual every day. Then you have Dave the Electrician and Dave the Plumber - Yep two Daves! Now the Plumber was your typical plumber - butt crack and all, but also very creative in his approach to avoiding problems. Then you have Dave the Electrician, like all electricians a little crazy, but an artist using light as his brush. We did have some issues with one vendor that was jobbed out. It was the BestTile in Flemington - the tile backsplash mosaic above the stove top was not installed well. The Tiles were not flush with each other, it looked like 3D tile where you have different surface thicknesses. Robyn addressed the issue, BestTile removed some of the tiles, But still was not too happy with it. All in all, you will not be disappointed working with Robyn and her team!

This company is the BEST. Their workers are expert, respectful and always there when they say they will be. You feel personally connected as soon as you talk to them. Also, we know that when they guarantee their work, they mean it. They are currently working on a problem with something that they were contracted to 9 years ago. The problem is NOT with them or their workmanship. It is with American Standard but they are standing in the gap and fixing a problem that is not theirs. I love this company and would recommend them to anyone.

Home Solutions offered one of the fastest turnarounds on a project that I have ever been involved with. Their timelines were excellent and the costs were right in line with the estimate. Additional work charges were explained. Went with some, put off others to stay in budget. Robyn kept the team on task. One of the best project managers I have seen in the contractor business. Kudos to Robyn.

Robin is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. She is very attentive and extremely organized in her work. She has a great design sense and she is super easy and comfortable to work with.
