Jeanie at the Kohler store in Natick was so helpful with our bathroom remodel. I wandered into the store, not really sure where to start, and she helped me organize my thoughts and vague ideas and helped me to choose the perfect flooring, vanity and fixtures. She really has a great eye and made this whole process so much easier than I thought it would be! Look for her if you're shopping in Natick!

Jeanie was super helpful guiding us through our order. We came to kholer after another store messed up our order and set us back weeks. Jeanie helped us pick out everything we needed quickly and ensured everything would be in stock and talked us through alternatives incase it wasn't. Steven Puopolo was so helpful with our project needs. He spent time explaining the differences between products and made sure that we had the necessary parts to complete the items that we bought. Covid destroyed the timeline for our bathroom remodeling and delayed some components. But Christeen Swaisdis stuck with us through all the difficulties. Her eye for design in the midst of many conflicting constraints resulted in a top notch appearance; her knowledge of suppliers gave us a full range of choices to get the functionality we needed. Most importantly, her cheerful patience throughout was simply amazing. Cannot recommend too highly.

We have been building a house remotely during Covid so am not able to be on site but have found Supply New England to be extremely helpful. The showroom is gorgeous and allows one to see everything before purchasing. My sales representative was very helpful. Everything was specked out for the builder in detail. Christeen Suwaizdis at our Kohler store was incredibly helpful to us on our recent rebuild and we are extremely grateful. We lost everything in a fire, so we needed it all starting from scratch after a total and unexpected loss. Our contractor highly recommended Kohler and needed our decision on the tub very quickly. Christeen at the first meeting with my wife choosing a tub was so responsive and generous with her time to explain the differences and suggestions on our final choice. We decided that we would work with her whenever possible on all our Kitchen and bathroom decisions. She was generous with her time and patient with us on all the details. She is responsive with any and all concerns we had and have even after the purchase. When she was off and we showed up without an appointment the entire staff at the store was always welcoming and responsive to our questions as we were researching our decisions.

Christeen was wonderful helping with all of our bathrooms and kitchen. We were renovating while living in a different state and at the beginning of the pandemic and with Christeen’s help we were able to get all the fixtures we needed on time and it all looked exactly how we wanted it to! When a toilet arrived cracked, kohler picked up and dropped off a new toilet within days. We can not thank kohler and christeen enough for helping us during a difficult time!

I took a challenging bathroom design in to Anne Marie Diamond. She worked her magic. I now have the most exquisite bathroom I have ever seen. Everyone at the store was welcoming, helpful, and professional. A joyous experience.

It was a pleasure working with Anne Marie Diamond in our kitchen renovation that took place during the summer and fall of 2019. It involved bringing down several walls including a bearing wall to open up the space. What I liked the most was that she really listened to us and she really tried to execute our vision. She carried out exactly what we wanted to do. Of course, there were many moments when, thanks to her expertise, we were able to make better choices and make relevant changes. One crucial change was the position of the island. We had in mind that it would face the dining-room area. However, Anne Marie told us that to best use the space, to have a bigger island and to have it be the focus of our kitchen, it would be better if it run perpendicular to the dining-room area. Now, we are so glad we listened to her. It is complete perfection and we get to enjoy our beautiful waterfall quartz island so much more. Her help with the design of the new kitchen door and window was also decisive. It was very easy to work with Anne Marie and she was always available for a meeting at our place or her office. She would also get back to us promptly if we sent her an email or a text with any questions. There is no doubt that we will work with her again in future projects.

I have been working with Mary Ann Gillen at the Burlington store for the past 2 years. Having worked with many sales reps across the industry, I can earnestly say Mary Ann is one of a handful of people that I categorize as "highly recommended". Her personality and demeanor are so kind and helpful - she is a joy to work with. Her industry expertise and creative approach have greatly helped my residential and commercial designs to be beautiful, functional and timeless. My clients really enjoy working through the process with her and I have complete confidence in their interactions even if I am absent from the conversation. She is a great communicator and does what she says she's going to do!

I went to the Kohler signature store in Burlington to pick out a new shower system and received the absolute best help and service from Stephen Puopolo. I walked in overwhelmed and under informed but Steve couldn't have been more patient. Despite not having an appointment he spend over an hour with me explaining every little detail of the options and why they mattered. Not only did I learn a ton but he really helped me narrow down my choices and I left feeling confident that I had picked out what was gonna work best for my needs. Steve is incredibly patient and knowledgeable and just extremely pleasant to work with overall. I highly recommend asking for him if you chose the Kohler store in Burlington!

The Boston store on tide 7 is beautiful showroom and great sales people worth the trip a lot of beautiful fixtures to chose from, kitchen cabinets and tiles and high end luxury fixtures They have a Kohler DTV shower system you can try! its like a stand up spa!

I give 5 star to the Kohler store in Burlington, so many selections to choose from good quality and reasonable prices. We had the most wonderful experience thanks to Steve Poupolo , who was so unbelievably patient helping us with our choices, answering any questions we have, making helpful suggestions with our bathroom renovation he makes you feel you're a very important person. He will stay with you and guide you through it all till you are happy and satisfied with your choices. We give Steve 10 stars for excellent customer service. he is definitely an asset to the company. I highly recommend this store look for Steve.& I know you will be happy just like us.

Steve Puopolo was absolutely wonderful to deal with. He responded to all my calls, e mails, and questions. He knows the product and is very detailed so that you do not forget anything. I recommend that if you go to the showroom, be sure to ask for Steve, he's the best!

Ron Smith was the showroom designer who helped us on multiple visits and guided as as we made choices for a Master Bath remodel. He was great at follow through, admitted what he did not have an answer to and made sure to research and come back to us with recommendations. But mostly he was knowledgeable, thorough and professional. Great showroom and great designer help.

We had an excellent experience with Kohler and, in particular, with the store manager, Eric. He kept in constant communication with us regarding our purchase, researched options with us, and provided prompt delivery information. Delivery was exactly as described - Supply New England called us the day after our order to set a delivery date. The items were delivered within the precise window provided. From the point when we entered the store to delivery, everyone we encountered was professional and great to work with.

Remodeled our master bathroom and worked with Bobby over the course of several months from start to finish. We checked out several other local places initially and the Kohler Signature Store was far and away the best of them all. From the impressive show room to the reasonable pricing to the superior customer service experience, I would highly recommend the Kohler Store and specifically, Bobby himself. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and responsive without pressure to buy (EVER). He patiently answered all of our questions (first remodel experience) and added value via his opinion without ever being "salesy". In the end, he delivered everything as promised on our schedule and timing and made the entire experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. Five+ stars and two thumbs up all around!

I worked with Christeen Suwaizdis at the Kohler store in Natick and she and the rest of the team at the store were terrific. Christeen quickly understood my style and aesthetic and provided critical input into my projects. I did a complete remodel of a kitchen and two and a half baths. She helped point out design flaws, made suggestions for me to consider, and advised me on potential snags given her strong background with materials and construction, and this was in addition to her expertise on Kohler products of course! She helped me think through the projects and helped me select missing pieces when I was lost. She was invaluable and I can’t give her or the team at Kohler Natick a high enough rating.

We gutted our 30-year old master bathroom and re-built everything from scratch. We purchased all of our plumbing fixtures, glass shower door, and high-end cabinets from Kohler and worked with Bobby Watts, the Showroom Manager. Bobby was fantastic! Bobby is extremely knowledge about not only what he sells but also about the detailed specificities of what we needed to know (and originally had no idea about). It was a pleasure working with Bobby, even when problems with ordering or other matters occurred. He was always even-keeled and dealt with my needs in a friendly, courteous, and diligent manner. The bathroom came out great and I would highly recommend Kohler (and Bobby in particular) to everyone.
