“I recently worked with Painting and Projects NYC to paint an empty apartment to get it ready for sale. The quality and professionalism of Waylon and his crew totally exceeded my expectations. I received estimates from three companies and Waylon’s price was the most reasonable and stood out because he included work items in the price that others wanted to itemize as extras. I was concerned that since it was an empty apartment for sale they would not be as focused in doing a high quality job as if I were living there. My concern turned out to be totally unfounded since the significant plastering and painting done was excellent.
