“I had vertical blinds removed and replaced them with cellular shades on 9 windows, some of the windows being quite large. Also, Lizabeth removed my drapes and had them cleaned for me, she did a wonderful job, she is meticulous with detail, and takes personal pride in her work, it's obvious. “Mary Ann DePalma and Ron were first class all the way. We had to replace a blind still under warranty done by another owner. Mary Ann was very professional. She made us feel very comfortable as she gathered all the necessary information. She was very knowledgeable. We were promised a replacement in about a month and had it in two weeks. Mary Ann called us several times to update us about a problem with color. She went above what she had to do.”
