Blinded by Delight Window Coverings

If you need window treatments of any kind, Blinded by Delight is the business to contact. I used the description of "business" but they really treat you like family. We had a difficult corner in our Master Bedroom with strange spacing, etc. Erica was incredible in coming to a solution and we couldn't be happier with her, her service, the installer, and the company as a whole. I used to sew my own curtains but this area was too complex to wrap my head around, so I called the experts, referred to me by a friend who too had an amazing experience. So I would never tackle a job when I know I have Blinded by Delight as a place to go. If you are looking, stop and look no further. This company is who you want to take care of you and your home.

Blinded By Delight did our windows over ten years ago when we built a house and I was extremely pleased with my window treatments. I just used them again for our new-to-us home, and the quality is excellent. Supply chain challenges aside, they are worth it. The installer was professional and focused on perfection. Highly recommend!

I LOVE my new shutters! They are the Sunland (Polycore) 4.5" louvers and as very sturdy and well made. I am so glad I went with the wider louvers, they provide the most visibility to the outdoors. Cory Baldridge was the window specialist that came to our home. He spent a good amount of time with me going over all the options. He is very knowledgeable and was a great help with choosing the best style for our decor, I could not be happier with the product and service. I highly recommend Cory and Blinded by Delight. You cannot go wrong with these folks. The installer did a great job as well.

I am very happy with the product. They look fantastic on my windows and patio doors. The only drawback was the salesperson forgot to order the end caps to the curtains and I had to wait several weeks. It is a very professional company and I would use them again.

I have had the opportunity to work with Julie McKnight/ Blinded By Delight twice in the last two years. The first time was with the installation of shutters for our new home. This went flawlessly and the shutters are just perfect. After living in the home for two years I called Julie back to discuss our windows that faced the backyard as we had left them unadorned....Julie came to our home and I explained my vision for the windows in our living area and breakfast nook. Julie graciously and tactfully pointed out that what I had in mind would not work for the space - simply because there was not enough room....I could see that she was right so it was back to the drawing board. Julie suggested simple cornice boards as an accent for the windows and to enhance the wall space.....With a cooperative effort between Julie, myself and my husband we picked the perfect fabric...They are now installed and are perfect for the space! The cornices were a solution for the windows that I would never have thought of on my own. Thank you Julie and Blinded by Delight!!

Blinded by Delight did every a customer would ever want. Top notch professionalism! Especially, Julie who gave us her undivided attention in selecting the shade, color and fabric. Plus, it’s automated with a remote control. We love the shade. Thank you so much!

Great service and very professional staff!!! Will definitely use their services again if needed. They did a great job with my 38 windows and 3 doors!!!

Everybody was very helpful. It began at the beginning of the pandemic and everybody wore masks and delivered samples for us to look through instead of going to the showroom. Advice was given on cosmetics. The best part was after installation of one window, we were less than thrilled, but thought we had to just live with it. I mentioned it almost in passing and Cyndi made sure we were happy by replacing the roller screens at very little cost to us!! We were extremely pleased and even ordered additional blinds. The only reason it is not a five star is there were a couple bumps in installation that was provided by another vendor that works with Blinded by Delight.

Working with the folks from Blinded by Delight was a great experience. I was looking for blinds for a patio door and window for a small addition to our existing home. I originally thought about ordering the blinds online and doing the job myself, but was a little nervous, so I decided to at least check local vendors. Blinded by Delight was close to my neighborhood and had great reviews, so I gave them a call. I'm so glad I did! We were able to set up an appointment within a few days, Cory came out to measure and give me an estimate which, surprisingly, was very competitive with the online vendors and included installation. The blinds came in early and looked lovely. I will be using them in the future!

Ms Cyndi Roberts provided professional, punctual and personal attention to detail in a very complicated and problematic project. I’m extremely pleased and proud of the results!!! Not only does she have the right stuff but also the best price. Proud to have Ms Cyndi on my A-Team!!

Great team. Professional and artistic. Timely despite the challenges brought by COVID. Erica was amazing at finding fabrics and styles to fit my decor and taste. And Todd was super and fast at installation. A++!
