I love my new plantation shutters! Barry was wonderful to work with and Gotcha Covered has so many options to choose from. Barry is very helpful in explaining each of the choices I selected, ultimately helping me to be very happy with my shutters. He keeps you informed throughout the process and pays attention to details. I'm not finished with my window treatments and will be giving Barry a call in the future!

Bill Bagby with Gotcha Covered was always available when we called. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He was there to answer any questions and issues that would come up. He did an excellent job and we would hire him again if we had another job. Bill did all of our window coverings, as well as move some shutters that were in the home to another window for us.

Bill responded to my calls quickly when I left a voice message. He was very friendly and chatted a bit during the install but at the same time was focused on his job and got it done quickly. We had to replace a faulty piece where the cord connects and he responded quickly.

Bill sells a great product. He came to our home and measured the windows and returned to install the product at various times because the product did not arrive all at once. Overall, he was timely and affordable. I would definitely use him again. My neighbor also used this company and had some product quality issues. Bill quickly responded and repaired/replaced the defective blinds.

Bill is a top notch choice for window coverings! He helped us choose window coverings for several large and difficult windows in our new home. We have an arch top window with a spectacular view that we didn't want obstructed in any way, so Bill researched and found the PERFECT solution for the window! He installed six remote operated roller shades in our great room and we receive so many compliments on them. They are solar charged so we never have to get out a ladder to change the batteries, which is important since the windows are 18 feet high! It's important to note that this solar charged shade wasn't even offered by one of the larger window treatment companies here in town...they'd never even heard of it! Bill is very professional and offers good advice when needed, but also lets you take charge and isn't pushy at all. When the window treatments arrive (which is very quickly) he comes to install them. I've recommended Bill to so many people in my neighborhood and they have great things to say also. I'll definitely be contacting Bill again in the future for more window coverings!

He delivered and installed the plantation shutters on time ( I think he was early as a matter of fact) and did a FANTASTIC job of installing. We just finished building a home and needed coverings for the windows, so we turned to Gotcha Covered. We felt that Bill understood our needs well and offered many options at affordable prices. I appreciated how he showed us all possibilities at all price ranges; I never felt like he was trying to squeeze additional money from us. Although it took a little longer than we expected for our window treatments to be shipped, Bill set up an installation time for a few days after they arrived, which went very smoothly. He even reordered a few treatments at no additional cost to us when the originals were too close and rubbing each other. Bill also installed a curtain rod for us even though we didn't order it through his company.
