“Ray and Leah own this business, and they are both courteous and honest. They take their time to make sure you get the product that best fits your style and your home. The prices are reasonable, although let's face it. If you're getting plantation shutters, they're just expensive. But New View's prices are very competitive, and they don't charge for a measurement and consultation. We absolutely love our shutters, and we get compliments on them all the time.”

“We just finished building a home and needed coverings for the windows, so we turned to Gotcha Covered. We felt that Bill understood our needs well and offered many options at affordable prices. I appreciated how he showed us all possibilities at all price ranges; I never felt like he was trying to squeeze additional money from us. Although it took a little longer than we expected for our window treatments to be shipped, Bill set up an installation time for a few days after they arrived, which went very smoothly. He even reordered a few treatments at no additional cost to us when the originals were too close and rubbing each other. Bill also installed a curtain rod for us even though we didn't order it through his company. We are very happy with the treatments and customer service we received and would continue to use gotcha covered for our future needs.”

“I have used Susan for 4 different projects over the last 5 years, and she does outstanding work. I have never done a review on this site before, but felt compelled to write one, after seeing the negative review from 3 years ago. Extremely professional, very timely with her communication, and the installations were drama-free. Most importantly, when we did have issues 2 years after the install with functionality of the blinds -- Hunter Douglas and Graber were both guilty of this -- her follow-up and resolution of the issues was excellent. We were never the "forgotten customer of days past"....”
