My glads started sprouting in the root cellar but it's still cold out!

I lifted my gladiolus bulbs in fall last year, and apparently didn't store them someplace cold enough because they've begun to sprout footlong leaves. I could plant them, but we have snow today and aren't due for our last killing frost for another couple weeks. What should I do with them? Just leave them be? Should I plant early?
