This fabulous home office was so appreciated when everything was shut down due to the virus. To the right is an outdoor pergola patio with a fireplace and slide-back doors that open the space up and extend the room. The desk is custom designed. The mortise and tenon design allows lots of openings to hide hard drives and wiring which is always the downfall of a great home office. It was a must from us as a design firm that all technology be hidden when not in use.

This library wall was created for a man in the publishing business who was an avid reader of biographies. He is reported to have read each an every one of the books in these bookcases. The cabinetry is made in American black walnut. We worked with the client to develop the design.

Warm and inviting this new construction home, by New Orleans Architect Al Jones, and interior design by Bradshaw Designs, lives as if it's been there for decades. Charming details provide a rich patina. The old Chicago brick walls, the white slurried brick walls, old ceiling beams, and deep green paint colors, all add up to a house filled with comfort and charm for this dear family.

This home was built in an infill lot in an older, established, East Memphis neighborhood. We wanted to make sure that the architecture fits nicely into the mature neighborhood context. The clients enjoy the architectural heritage of the English Cotswold and we have created an updated/modern version of this style with all of the associated warmth and charm. As with all of our designs, having a lot of natural light in all the spaces is very important. The main gathering space has a beamed ceiling with windows on multiple sides that allows natural light to filter throughout the space and also contains an English fireplace inglenook. The interior woods and exterior materials including the brick and slate roof were selected to enhance that English cottage architecture.

This is a take on a modern traditional office that has the bold green historical colors for a gentlemen's office, but with a modern and vibrant spin on things.

We transformed this barely used Sunroom into a fully functional home office because ...well, Covid. We opted for a dark and dramatic wall and ceiling color, BM Black Beauty, after learning about the homeowners love for all things equestrian. This moody color envelopes the space and we added texture with wood elements and brushed brass accents to shine against the black backdrop.

We updated this rather traditional space to a transitional modern with a twist home office. Masculine, tailored and inviting. We used custom cabinetry with an open center to display art. We mounted a clean-lined picture fixture above to provide ambiance. We took the black paint color and applied it to the walls for a cohesive and modern backdrop for colorful books, art, and other day-to-day items. The chandelier provides the organic movement with a mixture of metals, providing an exciting and playful vibe.
