Large trendy light wood floor hallway photo in Boston with white walls

Last House on the LeftContemporary Hall, Boston

Having been neglected for nearly 50 years, this home was rescued by new owners who sought to restore the home to its original grandeur. Prominently located on the rocky shoreline, its presence welcomes all who enter into Marblehead from the Boston area. The exterior respects tradition; the interior combines tradition with a sparse respect for proportion, scale and unadorned beauty of space and light. Thank you for your question! The railing was designed by us and manufactured by Cape Cod Fabricators, however they recently went out of business.

Thank you for your question! This hardware and shelf systems were custom designed and manufactured by Cape Cod Fabricators, however they recently went out of business. We can recommend the following company, B+N Industries. This is the company we first started using for the cable system and then decided to go with Cape Cod Fabricators in the end.

Where is the ladder and rail from? And how high are these ceilings? Thank you!

- My daughter has lots of books and we'd love to do something like this in her room.

If you are in the Minneapolis area, there is currently one on Craigslist - search "library ladder"
