Mansard BathroomTraditional Bathroom, Boston

The homeowner wanted to add more functionality to her small first-floor half-bath by introducing a shower. We introduced an enclosed glass stall with a base that mirrors the period baseboards lining the room, as well as period-appropriate lighting.

I love the wall color - what is the name of it? Thank you

    Hi kcrivollier,
The paint selection unfortunately isn't included in our records on this project, but another Houzz member suggested that it is very similar to Labrador Blue from Benjamin Moore. Hope that helps!

Hi moreamar, just in case you didn't see this answer: It is white oak hard wood flooring with 3 coats of oil based poly.

Must be a reflection. Love the corner shower. We are using this idea. Thank you

Can u give me more detail on the shower. Have a craftsman 's duplex and going to redo the small bathroom. Taking out the tub and want a stand up shower just like that. Any help would be great. Can't see the walls? Is it tile and where did you buy the shower?

    HI Bridget,

You may want to contact the contractor who installed the unit for you, or reach out to the manufacturer directly. (The shower seen here is the Manhattan Controura 36" Chrome w/clear glass.)

    Good luck!
    Charlie

Thank you. We don't know who the installer was, but knowing the manufacturer is can give us a starting point.

Hi Master Degree - sadly we no longer have that information, but we believe this is Labrador Blue by Benjamin Moore. Thanks for asking!

    Hi mfdyer1,

The mirror in this room belonged to the homeowner - we're not sure where it was originally purchased. Sorry about that!

    Hi mrsjv,

Not entirely certain - it's an older project and we don't have a record of the paint color - but several Houzz members have suggested that it is Labrador Blue by Benjamin Moore.

    Thanks for asking,

    Charlie

    Hi jeanniewirth,

The shower unit is the Manhattan Contoura 36" Chrome w/clear glass . You should be able to find vendors online by searching with the product name .

    Hi cswbsw,
Thank you! There's a bit of an optical illusion here: the two wall sconces you see are a reflection of what is over the sink - they block out your view of the shower head, which is on the wall behind the reflection.
    Thanks for asking,
    Charlie

    Hi faizal10,
Yes - we did install ventilation in this bath. It's a Panasonic light/fan combination.

Sadly I don't have the exact color, but another member recently posted that this color is very similar to Benjamin Moore's Labrador Blue.

    Hi D C,
In this case, the door opens into the room along the 7' side - basically opposite the sink.
    Thanks for asking,
    Charlie

Rounded shower enclosures such as this one take up less room than squared ones, making them ideal for baths in which square footage is at a premium.
