This fun classic kitchen in Gold River features Columbia frameless cabinets in Sandy Hook grey. A green glass backsplash in a random matte and polished pattern complements the cabinets which are faced with both painted wood and frosted glass. New flooring, paint and door trim. Additionally we had to remove and reinstall the sliding glass door that was installed incorrectly by the previous contractor.

The pruning cut on top, is incorrect, while the one below, is the right way to prune back a tree branch to the branch collar.

This home was re-sided within the last 10 years with Hardie but the contractor cut corners and used hardboard trim to save a few dollars. We came in and replaced the window and vertical trims with Hardie and removed the trim at the roof line that was incorrect.

The original wine coolers were incorrect for the space so a smaller cooler called for some ingenuity to fill the extra foot of space in the middle of the base cabinets.

The amazing tile installations permeate the decor with color, texture and pattern. The shaker-style kitchen is refreshed by using black cabinetry, a custom stainless hood and La Cornue Range. Parts of this house in The Woodlands, Texas had rotted siding and there were previous installers who installed siding incorrectly as you can see, you are not supposed to install Hardie siding right on top of the old siding, that is a big NO.

AFTER This backflow assembly was installed incorrectly, on the surface (making it a major freezing hazard) and without unions (making the repair job 4x more expensive). We came in and completely reinstalled the assembly.
