Floor and wall. Sorry. Thanks for replying. I am wondering too if its an engineered hardwood or laminate, etc.

The floor and wall are Provenza - Heirloom Collection and the color is called Glasgow. It is an engineered hardwood. Hope that helps.

I would guess purchased 2 prefab cabinets, counter top from granite supplier and site built shelving stained to match cabinets.

Custom base cabinets (maple with charcoal stain), white quartz countertop (4 cm), MDF shelving with matching maple face frames, undercounter LED below bottom shelf, wood flooring run up back wall. Glad you like.

If by "background" you mean the wood on the wall it is the same wood flooring. I just ran it up the back wall of the desk nook.

There are 1x MDF ledgers along the back and sides of the shelves. Then a face board placed across the front in the same stained maple as the drawers below.

What is the material of the shelves ?

The cabinetry is all black stained maple. The grain is very faint and the texture is satin.

  • Candy Bigwood

So the cabinets are not prefab? I for sure thought they were, I'm looking for the same thing.

Home OfficeClients often ask me to squeeze in home offices these days. I find that they don’t want to dedicate an entire room to an office; rather, they want to use a nook. Even if you’re tight on space, it’s important that you have enough room behind your desk to push your chair out. A minimum of 42 inches (107 centimeters) is ideal. Working with anything less than 42 inches is going to make you feel trapped at your desk.Cabinetry and shelves: maple, stained blackDiscover 95 dazzling deskscapes
