Kichler has designed their Hatteras Bay collection with the utmost care and detail. The slightly weathered copper finish looks great in a seaside setting or covered porch. Five rotating blades keep you cool with the 4-light light kit will help add ambient lighting to the space. Kichler's attention to detail is evident in this sturdy nautical ceiling fan that is built to last.

The handrails and balusters were collected from the property and hand crafted on site.

This outdoor kitchen and screened porch has all that's needed in the South for a perfect entertainment scene. Located a few steps away from the much need pool, the kitchen is an umbrella shaped copper canopy with any cooks dream: oversized sink, dishwasher, ice maker, refrigerator and quartz eating bar. Two large storage carts on casters also house countertop burners for boiling. The grill is housed on a large cart on casters as well which allows proper cleaning of the deck underneath.

For relaxing and eating, the porch provides a place free of insects where a fire pit can warm the winter and can be converted to a tabletop in the summer. A TV hangs from the ceiling allowing ball games and music to be enjoyed while playing. Bamboo blinds were added for privacy or rain. Gloria is the perfect hostess and cook and makes you want to be a part of her family to enjoy it all
