“Lauren Shadid designed the remodel of my home to expand the kitchen and open up the family room, and make use of our space more efficiently. She was very thorough and diligent in her work and was very conscious in keeping within our budget. She works very well with contractors and is always available when she is needed. She was always very response to my questions and concerns. Her background in interior design is a huge bonus as she was very helpful in helping me choose colors and tile. Lauren also helped design my backyard space. We live on sloped lot and she was able to design a pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, and lounge area, whereras before we had a basketball court above the main patio area that was never used. We don't have a finished yard yet, but I can see the transformation and how much more we will enjoy our new space.”

It is innovative, incorporating a number of features that make the house not only beautiful but functional as well. Sally is easy to work with. She comes up with great ideas and solutions while never forgetting the clients needs and wants. “The designer, Hilary Morris, is a very talented interior designer, and has a good sense of style and color. She spent a lot of time with me to help me identify my styles and tastes. She extensively researched and located quality cabinetry, counter-tops, lighting, tile, flooring and furniture for my new 1,000 sf addition - and all within my price range. She helped with the design of the new kitchen, new master bedroom and bathroom, great-room (with built-ins) and dining room. I am thrilled with this company's interior design and decorating of my new addition.”

“We used this team to design two custom homes in Divide. One of the best decisions we made through the custom building experience. As soon as you walk in the door and see examples of their work, you know you have come to the right place. They helped us design what we wanted in a home, and then put their "artistic touch" on the plans. Breathtaking and out of the box thinking!! Everyone we know comments on what a beautiful home we have, even the USPS delivery guy. This team is also very familiar with building regulations. We had no difficulty at all with the building department once they found out it was a "Langley" home. They got excited too! My wife and I will never move, we feel we will not be able to beat the home Dave and his team designed for us!
