“Absolutely amazing! Jason and his partner Jen, both owners of Andrews & Andrews were both instrumental in rebuilding our home after a fire. Jason and Jen took our project on and did everything from the design work to managing the construction project from start to finish. My wife and I were truly amazed at how talented Jason is. We had spent over $100,000 with other contractors just doing demo work and weren’t having any luck coming up with a good plan on how to put it back together. “Patricia Fels is a long time architect in Seattle with whom we have worked before. One more time she amazed us with her tenacity for making things work with tough decisions on a challenging remodel , steep building site and difficult contractors. The house, was originally designed my Theodore Bower, a proteger and long term apprentices of Frank Lloyd Wright's who designed, build and supervised several homes for Mr Wright before emigrated to the north west in 1954. The original house has been featured on " House Beautiful's Building Manual" on 1973-74. We give Patricia Fels an A on respecting the original design of the house which needed extended renovation and on problem solving with engineers, city officials and contractors. We are extremely happy with the results and how she respected the integrity of the original architect's vision for the house and modernized and improved its faction. If the architect is selected for this award we will be happy to provide before and after photos of the project.”
