House Plan Companies in Tucson

“We engaged Jeff and his team last year to build our forever home in Tucson, and the process went much more smoothly than we expected. We didn't have to function as a go-between for an architect and a contractor because they handled both design and construction. Jeff has a keen sense of detail and assisted us in fine-tuning the floor plan to take advantage of the stunning mountain views.”

“Luis and Teresa are a pleasure to work with. We admire them both as professionals and friends. Our project was a collaboration of their vision and our own desires of how we wanted to live in our home. Because this was a remodel there were some limitations, particularly from the street view of the house. That actually became a strength because seeing the house from the outside does not give any clue of what the interior looks like. We love the element of surprise as our guests enter the house and as we enter from the garage. We believe that when you love your home more everyday then the result we achieved was a huge success. Clean, yet, warm. Great use of space and projection of scale. I could go, but in conclusion, Luis and Teresa utilized their talent and listened to what we wanted. A beautiful combination.”

“We retained Kevin as our architect for a 3rd home we plan to build in Tucson, Arizona in the gated community of Sabino Springs Estates. While we reviewed the built works of several very capable architects located in Tucson, we selected Kevin because of his versatility in design. Having been in the product design and marketing business for the past 45 years, I have worked with many designers over the years and I have found Kevin Howard to be, not only an incredible talent but a pleasure to work with. He has the unique ability to interpret exactly what my wife and I wanted and execute a finished design product that goes beyond what we had thought possible. He is very easy to work with as he is more than willing to take your ideas and apply them to the design in a way which does not compromise the aesthetic of the architecture/structure. As you can see by the attached computer generated images, we were not looking for the typical, south west architecture but rather a site specific structure with a minimalist approach to design. In addition to architectural design services, Kevin’s firm has an impressive interior/kitchen design depart than has been recently enhanced by becoming a Poliform representative with an onsite showroom. Poliform is one of the world’s finest design firms specializing in kitchen, bath and closet cabinetry. We are currently in the interior finish and engineering phase of this project and looking forward to breaking ground in the near future. We would highly recommend Kevin’s firm to anyone considering building a home in the Tucson area. Thank you, Fran & Jim Allen”
