“Karina is a joy to work with! My husband and I consulted with Karina to try to figure out how to make our house work for us, my in-laws and our growing family. She had some wonderful ideas about how we could make it work. Ultimately, we decided to buy another house but are looking forward to working with her on my dream kitchen remodel once we get settled. I highly recommend working with her! She is so easy to get along with and really takes the time to understand what your vision is and advise you on what may or may not work. “Review for Chris Delano - Art of Space Chris did a wonderful job designing our new lake house so that views of the lake can be seen from our main living areas including the master bedroom. We were pleased with his creative ideas which included the use of upper windows that allow extra light to filter in throughout the day. He not only was the architect but was involved in the management of the project. Chris was excellent to work with and he and the general contractor worked very well together. Chris is a gifted architect and a man of integrity.”

“Mark did a wonderful passive solar home design for us. We are off the grid in an area that has plenty of nature around it that we did not want to compete with. He worked with us to meet our wishes for a small footprint structure with all the essential living space on one floor with doorways and spaces that could accommodate a wheelchair if the necessity ever arises. He generated floor plans, elevations (interior as well as exterior) and renderings of the exterior so we were able to see exactly what we were getting. It was an excellent set of construction documents completed on schedule and on budget. We are extremely satisfied.”
