We are a full service residential design studio, offering consulting, design, permitting, and construction management for new construction, remodels, and additions. Specializing in turn of the century to mid-century modern remodels & additions, kitchen and bath design, basement remodels, house moving projects, accessory dwelling units/ backyard cottages (DADUs), we integrate sustainable design and an extensive knowledge of residential construction to all aspects of our work. We pride ourselves in listening to our client's needs and offering creative, affordable, innovative solutions.

Commented: Beautiful laundry room! Do you know the color of the cabinets?I would be concerned that using Edison bulbs here does not give enough light for laundry tasks. And the fixture should also be over the counter for better lighting.
