“We wanted to keep the basic cabinets in our kitchen (original, 1960's wooden structures) but wanted to upgrade their appearance. We sanded the original cabinets back to bare wood, then ordered new doors from Barker Cabinets. Ordered them unfinished, paint grade, with MDF insert panels so that we could have the exact finish on the doors that we were applying to the cabinets. Ordering process was straightforward, once we watched the site videos on measuring. Shipping occurred about 18 days after ordering (just like the website promises) and doors arrived via FedEx well packaged and protected. We are still working through priming and painting the doors, but have completed a few and are very happy with the results. Hinges that we also ordered through Barker Cabinets are easy to work with, again after watching the site videos. We did a lot of online research and were also in touch with some local cabinet companies, but found Barker to be very reasonably priced. Based on our experience, would recommend this company to anyone putting the DIY effort into kitchen upgrades.”

“Rockwood Cabinetry provided cabinets as part of our kitchen and bath remodel. The quality of construction (solid doors, solid maple drawers, dovetail joinery, plywood cases, finish), the detailed drawings (redone several times as we changed appliances), installation & finish work were great. In fact, the cabinets and counter top exceeded my expectations. The cost was very competitive compared to other suppliers. We were introduced to Rockwood by the general contractor (Chris Holmgreen) we hired to do the remodel.”

“Pam and I wanted to thank Victoria Jones and Pedini once again for efforts on our behalf during last year's kitchen remodel and this year's master bath renovation. We are very pleased with both the final outcomes and the processes to get there. Victoria's design skills improved upon our basic ideas and helped us select finishes that we love. She was extremely efficient and responsive from beginning to end, patiently answering both our good questions and our bad ones (I asked more than a few of the latter!). Victoria and Pedini stood by their quotes and promptly resolved the usual issues that arise during a remodel; e.g. a door was damaged and in less than a day a replacement was sent from Italy. It was installed at no additional expense. We are pleased with the Pedini product and think it comparable to the Poggen Pohl cabinets used in our San Francisco home. We also love the Dekton counters and backsplash. This was a product Victoria recommended and it is without question the best counter material we’ve used in what is now our 8th kitchen and bath remodels of the last 20 years.”

“Mr. Denny Deveny is a true professional and a master of his craft. Mr. Deveny transformed our plain room into an 18th century paneled library with a gorgeous fireplace. His communication skills are exceptionally strong with a quick response period. Denny was always quite clear about the costs, there were never any surprises. He is thoughtful and organized. He is NOT the type of person that “flies by the seat of his pants.” You always know exactly what is happening with the project. He is also flexible and wants the customer to be satisfied with the outcome. It was always a pleasure to talk and collaborate with Denny. On more than one occasion, after following my design requests, I would decide it did not quite look right and he always graciously changed it.
