Have you ever had an absolutely perfect working relationship with a supplier where he understood exactly what you wanted and creatively brought it to life never saying no but always coming up with a solution right down to the most minute detail. I wanted a large walk-in closet done like an old upscale men’s store with a full length 3 way mirror, paneled glass doors, and glass fronted drawers all in burnished wood with sconces, and back lighting. I closed on a house in the Chicago suburbs a week before the country went into Covid-19 lockdown in March 2020. I was living in CT at the time and had hired Jeff and his Closet Furnishings team to convert a bonus room into a walk-in Closet. With our ability to actually relocate getting delayed due to Covid, I had to trust Jeff to complete this work without me being physically present. From the creation of the initial quote to the completion of the work, everything was professionally done ... transparency on price, regular proactive updates with pictures, issues / delays brought to my attention quickly and also resolved in a timely manner once we agreed on a path forward. The overall experience for me was so positive (coupled with the fact that we weren't able to move in as quickly as we initially planned) that I expanded the work scope to also build out a playroom for the kids, convert unfinished space in the basement into a gym, and install built-ins in the office room and a bedroom. Jeff went the extra mile to not only complete the specific projects I had for him, but also helped coordinate getting the house ready for us to move in (cleaning the house, coordinated cable and security installations, changed batteries in smoke detectors etc.) ... Jeff handled all these requirements -- from the big to the small -- at a reasonable price which made my entire move so much easier. All this was great, but maybe most importantly the quality of work was terrific ... its been about 6 months since we moved into the house and so far we have had absolutely no issues with anything Jeff and team built for us. I contacted Closet Furnishings on a Friday night looking for a new pantry. Jeff responded immediately and then called me on Saturday to talk measurements and what I was looking for. A few days later he sent me the initial drawings and they were exactly what I hoped for. I can't express how much I love my new pantry! Everything is organized and easy to get to. Before I felt like we were bursting at the seams. Now that all of the space is actually useable space, we have more room, too. We had a Coa Coa colored closet system installed by Closet Furnishings. The installers were great, the quality of the product is beautiful, overall were very happy with the whole process!

Quality was average, installation was below average, value for what we received was disappointing. Several installation and design flaws that were "overlooked". For the price we paid I think we could have done better. Not terrible just not good value, in my opinion.

Jeff designed great solutions for two very small closets (his and hers) in our master bedroom, maximizing every inch of space. We love them! Jeff was recommended by our contractor and we could not be happier. The master closet in our new condo was a nightmare, in that it was two sides of a small walk-through to the master bath. The previous owner had designed it in such a way (I supposed to maximize hanging space) that had boxes and hanging rods going in a dozen different directions. It was chaos and closet-phobia. I wish I weren't limited to four photos with this review because the difference is truly amazing. Before Jeff's redesign, it was a "walk of shame" through this open closet space to the master bath. I really could not imagine anyone being able to give me something organized, attractive, but with enough room for my clothes, shoes, hats and other items that I've been used to storing in a previous large walk-in closet. After tearing out the rabbit warren of a closet that exited, Jeff was able to create a clean, simple solution that accommodated all of my needs. Best of all, it had breathing room and a simple way to create privacy for my personal things when I wanted to allow guests to use the master bath ... something not possible with the previous closet arrangement. He is a joy to work with because he actually LISTENS! Unlike so many, he is a true collaborator. He also make a bathroom linen closet into a terrific space for me, suggesting a built-in laundry basket, which I thought I would never want. Now I love it. Based on other designers in the business, I think his prices are more than reasonable. I highly recommend him.

Jeff designed a walk in closet system for our new home. Throughout the design process he was available by phone at any time - day or night - to answer questions, make suggestions and modify the design to best suit our needs. He did not pressure us to buy anything we didn't need of want and provided excellent, detailed instructions for us to install ourselves. The quality of the material is first rate and as advertised. Now, 3 years later I am still completely satisfied with the system.

Jeff was highly recommended by our builder and was a pleasure to work with for our new construction home. I was pleased with his ideas and his responsiveness when planning as well as making adjustments after living in our home. I contacted Jeff to provide estimates for my walk-in master closet, walk-in coat closet and office area and hired him to start with the coat closet. He completed this week and did a great job. It saved a lot of space and I was able to get very organized. I will definitely be hiring him again to finish the other jobs.

This company did a great job from showing options, giving great advise, planning and installing the closet of our dreams. Jeff is friendly and his crew is so helpful. He even came back to check on the job after we had moved everything ( mostly) back into the closet. While they were there we had then install 3 other closet systems. Love them all.

I asked Jeff to come and look at a very difficult space in my Bedroom, we needed space and not much room. I didn't want a traditional closet. He came up with a great design and was very professional and approachable at all times. I can be a little difficult when it comes to things looking correct. Mr. Davis worked with me to make sure I had the best design for my closet space & provided me with a second design to help make a sound decision. Jeff did a total of 7 spaces for me. 5 closets, 1 Mud room and our Garage. Jeff was timely with quotes, did the work when he said it would be done and it all looks fantastic. I would post pictures, but my place is still not organized from our move a year ago.
