“I contracted with Dominion Renovations for a complete build within an existing shell structure. From the beginning of the project til the end, they were thorough and conscience of the job. Communication was daily, and sometimes twice a day, coordinating all subcontractors. They took care of city permits, making sure all governances were followed. Rooms were framed, electric and plumbing installed, insulation was in place, and sheet rock with 10’ ceilings was beautifully mounted, with nice floating. The install included three pocket doors that can be tricky to install. They were done nicely as well. Outside finish was very nicely done and painted. Dominion Renovations worked safely and respectfully throughout the pandemic with no issues whatsoever. They were very respectful of the budget presented, and made me aware of any changes. I was pleasantly surprised more than once when I was shown savings on parts of the project. I highly recommend this company.”
