    “We purchased a mid-century ranch home and needed Character Builders to remodel two bathrooms, relocate laundry from a utility room off the kitchen to the back area of one of the bathrooms, oversee refinishing wood floors throughout, install new molding on all doors and windows, texture all walls, and supervise complete painting of the whole interior, all with a 7-week deadline so we could move in before the lease ran out on our apartment! The master bathroom design began with a difficult footprint - a long narrow room with no water closet and closet space behind louvered doors along one wall. The remodel of that room was fabulous. Keith delivered everything we wanted in the 'whole house remodel' despite the time crunch we imposed. He would let me know the decisions and selections needed for the next step of the remodel with plenty of time for me to give him my answer. His subcontractors did great work. Keith encountered many things that were unexpected in remodeling a home more than 60 years old; he would have two or three solutions that he would present to us, and would let us choose. I appreciated his collaboration with us most of all.”

    “My experiences with Jason McClure have all been extremely positive! He is a true professional and a great person to work with. He has done projects in my parents former home that my niece and her family now live in. He did several projects on site. Electrical, plumbing, insulation, lighting, roofing, painting, tile work, bridge repair and other jobs as requested. He has some wonderful ideas, but always listened to what was wanted and offered his expert advice on what would work best. Jason has done projects for me for the past 3 to 4 years. Jason also did some landscaping work at my home as well as a covered area on an existing arbor. He and his family are wonderful and always will have a positive review from me!! He is a building professional committed to doing a good job, and his business is built on honesty and respect. He has become a good friend, and I have the highest degree of respect for who he is and the business he has built. I would not hesitate to hire him to do my own project, and would encourage anyone looking for a good building contractor to do the same. You will enjoy working with him!”

    “Bill Tomrose and his entire staff, architech, contractors and suppliers were extremely professional, knowledgeable, experienced, dedicated, detailed and very friendly men and women to work with, throughout the 9 months of our kitchen, dining room, family room and downstairs guest bathroom! The end results are way beyond what we could have dreamed!! Bill and everyone kept us very informed and on budget through evey detail. Their knowledge of timing and permit experience really made a difference in the completion of our remodel, Our homes photos are in Bills gallery of photos and they should be seen!:)”

    “We're just a few weeks from moving into our renovated home--a time in our last renovation 9 years ago in Southern California when we wanted to kill our contractor--and not only do we still love Jed Linsley of Pterodactyl, and his fabulous crew, but we're immensely grateful to him for his insights, his suggested improvements to the original plans, his cost-saving efforts, and his general calmness and good humor. He's a pleasure to work with and his crew reflects his professionalism, expertise and friendliness. This is a group of guys that genuinely like each other, work collaboratively, and respect and enjoy their boss. We can't recommend Pterodactyl highly enough.”
