“Zach gave me a bid on covering my patio. His bid was fair but even so was will the work with me to bring the costs down to my budget without compromising the quality of the work. I have been totally satisfied with the workmanship and quality of the work he and his company completed for me. It was above my expectation, and I have more projects for him to bid on when my funding improves again next year. “I purchased a very large, bank owned home that needed lots of work with an FHA 203K Streamline Renovation Loan. Matt worked well with the lender to meet the loan requirements and hired excellent subcontractors who got me the most for my money. My project wasn't fancy, but it was very big. My neighbors, friends who knew the house before I bought it, and even the mail carrier have all remarked that the house looks terrific. We have been in the house for over 6 months now, and we are very happy with Matt's work.”

He has great experience and his attention to detail was excellent, not afraid to ask his subs to return to address an issue he noticed before we had seen it ourselves. Brian seems to have a great relationship with his subs as well and all were professional. The electrical sub-contractor was very helpful in choosing indirect lighting, arranging an in home demo. “I designed a contemporary house that had several Marvin windows. Some of the windows were nine feet tall and went from floor to ceiling. Another area had a corner window. I wanted them to have minimal spacing between windows but had not figured out window details before Tim Van Zant from Marvin Windows came out to look at the house while under construction. Tim jumped in and figured everything out including a very unforgiving space with a concrete opening. They look fantastic and are right in line with the intent of the design. I was relieved and very happy and have worked with Tim many times since.”
