We hired Clever Design & Remodeling for our masterbath, powder room, & laundry room remodel. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly Gili was able to come over to our home & give us an estimate. I interviewed 3 contractors, & we hired Gili for his reasonable bid & his "can-do" attitude. The project started with meeting Liane, their in-house designer. I can't say enough about how kind & patient Liane was in helping me design & pick out materials. She listened so attentively while I went over my wish list. Liane is so responsive & detail-oriented. When I was having trouble deciding on a tri-view medicine cabinet with LED mirror, Liane was so patient in going over the pros & cons with me. I really love the end result! It's so beautiful and functional! Everything is hidden away with no clutter on the counter. Each person that came to work in our home was so professional, polite, and very pleasant to have around. Along the process, Gili gave us some great recommendations, such as upgrading our original electrical panel, and removing carpet to reveal hardwood floors in adjacent master bedroom. Gili is such a nice guy. He never once said no to any of my requests along the way. In the last week of our project, I suddenly realized I really wanted additional recessed lighting in our hallway. Gili did not hesitate to comply with my request, even though we were trying to meet a deadline. I felt very comfortable calling Gili anytime with questions or concerns & he always made me feel confident that it can be done. I love a "can-do" attitude!

Gili designed a beautiful and functional space that was based on our ideas and preferences and at the same time reflected his excellent design aesthetic. We have an older house that needed a lot of updating. Gili was superb and paid attention to every detail and offered wonderful creative advice as we needed. The team of installers were very professional and explained the procedure every step of the way as they completely remodeled and updated our family room and kitchen and an area we wanted tiled. We needed to hire a contractor to finally renovate or kitchen and 2 and 2 1/2 bathrooms so we turned to references. We had interviewed with 3 companies then met with Clever Design and Remodeling. Roy has a great ability in turning a vision into design and provided some great alternative ideas to what we hoped to achieve. Every aspect of the job was well thought out in advance, and their ability to manage multiple tasks flawlessly at once was impeccable. Clever Design & Remodeling handled our home improvements, demolition, and installation of a kitchen, updated bathrooms and built-in entertainment center. Our master bathroom was rebuilt from the floor to ceiling. The team as a whole did a wonderful job with communicating, minimizing the impact of the project on the rest of the house, and recommending design/functional elements. Gili’s recommendations were key in bringing together the look we wanted. I love that my house is not only updated, but beautiful as well.

Clever Design and Remodeling was able to beautifully remodel a bathroom in my home that had not been updated (except for minor cosmetic repairs) since it was originally built. Roy was a vital in refreshing our whole house with creative ideas as we updated our home and brought an energy to designing the project that made it a success. He was also really good at picking out what we needed by really listening! I would happily use Clever Design and Remodeling again, if I had another project that needs to be done and ask for Roy by name to be my project manager again.

I was looking to have some work done for the house. Roy understood what we wanted and helped us with redesigning of our home. For context, this was a mid-sized remodel of 3 bathrooms (1 with a major reconfiguration of the layout), entry way, 2 fireplaces, and recessed lighting throughout the house. If it mattered enough to me, Roy would make sure things happen no matter how small or large. We explained to him what we wanted, with some added suggestions from him. Quality work.

We worked with Gili from Clever Design & Remodeling to remodel our mid-century modern kitchen from a cramped and outdated mess to a gorgeous and well-functioning centerpiece of our home. We truly appreciate Gili’s time, dedication, and expertise he applied to our project. Their work was precise and outstanding with every piece and part fitting where it was supposed to go; now the entire house looks spectacular. Gili spent over an hour discussing our existing cabinets and the advantages and disadvantages of refacing or replacing the cabinets and in the end we created lots of useable space. The final design is exactly what we were looking for!

I found Clever Design and Remodeling and had a couple referrals from other people but Gili was professional and easily understood the vision that we had in mind. We had met with a few different people/companies and nothing seemed to work or they were unwilling to provide me with options that suited my goals until Gili. I finally wanted a more modern updated bathroom and Gili was also able to provide small details that enhanced the look of our space. He was very helpful in suggesting ways to redo our very small (6x8') bathroom. I have to say the bathroom and custom cabinets turned out absolutely beautiful and the crew did the work so fast!

Although we had a basic idea of what we were looking for, Clever Design and Remodeling had a number of wonderful design ideas that we incorporated into the final design of our master bathroom. Gili immediately noticed some unfunctional spaces and re-worked the entire layout. Renovations in the bathroom consisted of completely gutting the existing situation and re-configuring the layout for space and efficiency optimization, including putting in a wall mounted toilet and a rain shower and with a custom built, floating white oak vanity. He helped us discover what we truly love in our home and made great recommendations. Clever Design and Remodeling and Gili were an amazing team that completed the installation, and the crew cleaned up before they left for the day. I am amazed what we have been able to accomplish and how in love I am with every detail.

Let me start by saying that it's a challenge to find a good, responsible contractor. Roy’s been on top of everything along the way and having a manager who can coordinate is essential for a big project like ours. The work progressed in a timely manner and communication was excellent throughout. Clever Design and Remodeling did our new custom kitchen, cabinets, bedroom closets and our bathroom vanities. Next we needed custom doors and windows since our house was so old and we had to fit all sizes, so once again Roy helped us. We're beyond happy and impressed with Clever Design’s team. The house looks marvelous but the best thing about it is that you can't tell that it was done now it still looks like it was built almost 100 years ago.

We were very pleased with the work performed by Clever Design and Remodeling on our kitchen remodel, updated our electrical and painted the interior and exterior of our home. I found Clever Design & Remodeling through my neighbor who just had her bathroom remodeled. The work they did was beautiful and since we were about to start a bathroom remodel of my own, I requested his info. scheduled an appointment with Roy and he arrived perfectly on time. We discussed the future plans of my whole house focusing on the bathroom first that was in desperate need of an update. I wasn't sure of how I exactly wanted it to look, but Roy helped me think my way through it and had excellent suggestions! Overall communication with him was effortless, he always responding quickly and took our ugly half-bath with fixtures and transformed it into a beautiful full bath with shower and lovely tile work. About 3 months ago, we contacted Clever Design and Remodeling to get an estimate on my kitchen remodel. The job was to redesign the living room and dining room to create space for the kitchen. Roy is completely hands on in ensuring each inch of our project was completed to our liking and specification, even making sure previous plumbing & electrical issues were updated properly. While I was a little skeptical on how they could get everything in the job done, they managed and exceeded my expectations. I learned so much about our house and construction from him because he was very clear in explaining to us what was wrong and what we needed to do to fix it. Would recommend them if you're thinking of a small renovation or a larger project!

After years of trying to design our master bath, we decided to hire Clever Design and Remodeling and could not be more pleased with our new bathroom. I had to go through a couple of designers to find the right fit and Roy is very friendly and a genius at creative use of space and design. We started on the master bath and now we are up to 2 additional custom room designs. Roy has been wonderful to work with as well as everyone that's been involved in my process while listening to my ideas and incorporates our style. I did my whole house with Clever Design and Remodeling- and we built our house from the ground up, so I needed cabinets for the kitchen, laundry room, and each bathroom. Roy and his crew have been so wonderful and professional in every sense. I wanted something very high end and different. I had a vision and they helped me to bring it to life. Roy’s crew demolished the bathroom, replaced the tub, redid the plumbing according to new codes, tiled the shower walls, and painted the bathrooms and hallway. All of the workers were super nice and accommodating to all the little extra things we wanted touched up through out our house and very well organized through each phase. Roy is absolutely phenomenal to work with. He put our large kitchen together in 5 days and every single day I could not be more impressed with the progress and quality of work. We got 4 estimates and picked Clever Design and Remodeling because of the quality of past work, reasonable cost and great design vision that Roy had. I was hesitant to make certain decisions without consulting with Roy if it would impact his work--he was easy to get ahold of and reassured that he can work around what we needed to do and even provided alternate suggestions. This is my first experience with extensive remodeling. As a new single parent, work life gets really hectic for me, so I really needed a trustworthy contractor. I am so fortunate to have chosen Clever Design and Remodeling. Roey was in charge of my project—kitchen, 3 bathrooms, flooring, paints and other miscellaneous restoration and fix-ups—basically the entire house. I was assigned an efficient and hardworking team; the on site manager is amiable and easy to work with. Through the process, I never had to look over shoulders. If there were any problems, it was easy to communicate with them; they would promptly fix any issues that arose. Their customer service is really excellent. Also, thanks to their in house designer, Allen who helped me with the initial process of choosing materials which then led to the generated renderings to help me visualize the final look. Our kitchen was very old and outdated so we had lots for Clever Design & Remodeling to get done. I reached out to Clever Design and spoke with Roy who took the time to carefully listening to what I would like to be done and the next process of planning what had to be done. On top of the kitchen we ended up adding a small living space, and half bathroom remodel. The new kitchen has become a very nice place and I love it. I have had the greatest remodeling experience with Clever Design and Remodeling. My new kitchen is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Gili's crew made sure that all the work was done right day-to-day--it is amazing how knowledgeable they are about construction, appliances, cabinets, plumbing, materials, windows, you name it etc. He began listening to our preferences, and undeveloped concepts and ultimately turned them into an amazing new room designs. They took into consideration our home style and tastes before offering advice about the physical layout and material selection. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone doing a renovation. They recently redid our upstairs laundry and bathroom and we love the work they did. Long story short, the upgraded laundry room turned out beautifully and working with Clever Design and Remodeling was so easy. Our project manager, Roy, was an amazing communicator and scheduler. I finally got my kitchen done. I got quotes from several companies and I decided afterwards to go with Clever Design and Remodeling. I originally only wanted the island redone, and after I met with Gili was convinced to do the whole kitchen. Gili mentioned that they can do electrical, plumbing, counter work, cabinet work and much much. We used them to do a complete kitchen update- cabinet installation, electrical, drywall and new windows.. Our quartz counter tops are beautiful and the other installers worked quickly and kept everything clean. We highly recommend Clever Design and Remodeling and will definitely seek them for future projects.

We met with several contractors, but decided with Clever Design & Remodeling because Roy was easy to talk to, honest, and very helpful. Every following step from plumbing, reframing, tile setting, grout and glass door were. They were open to find the best alternatives for my personal situation. Roy worked with his team to get every little thing taken care of. After we picked out our cabinets, he helped us with our backsplash, and we wanted tile, so everything looked beautiful together. Working with Roy was awesome. He was the project manager of our new home, and did an amazing job. Liane was our designer and she is the best! We hired another designer from a different company before her, and it took couple months until the first designer sent us a shady design. Liane proposed a perfect floor plan design the first day we talked with her, and we absolutely fall in love with the new design. The job was nicely done by the team during COVID-19 and we highly recommend Clever design and remodeling to everyone else.

After contacting and talking to many companies we decided to choose Clever Design and Remodeling to have our bathroom completely remodeled. We had an old bathroom with the fiber glass shower and light panels and now we have a resort like bathroom! Our whole experience was very pleasant. We totally gutted the bathroom and removed a small wall that partitioned into the bedroom in order to install a double sink vanity as we have lived with one sink for the last 30 years and always dreamed of one with a double sink, but didn't have much room. Gili listened to our wishes and accommodated to our budget. The work itself was exceptionally done and on time and Gili was always communicating us about the next steps. I wish we hired him earlier!

I found Roy and Clever Design and Remodeling through our friends who recommended him after he remodeled their master bathroom. Roy came to our home to look at the master bathroom and also did the design for my over 40 year master bathroom. I interviewed 3 more contractors for my project and none of them got close to what clever design represents and even though they weren't the cheapest out of the 4 contractors, I decided to go with them. He took the old layout and gave some great ideas of how to create a new functional bathroom. After finalizing the new layout of my future master bathroom I met with Roy again after a few days and he came up with a very detailed scope of work for us of exactly what was going to happen. Simply to put it he didn't miss even tiny details of it and was very organized. We couldn't have done it without Roy.

Clever Remodeling nailed it! I'm not a great reviewer in general but in this case I felt the need in sharing the experience I had with Clever Design & Remodeling. I started by interviewing different general contractors to take over my kitchen remodeling project and I must say, the estimates stage itself had already taken 50% of the energy I was saving for the entire project LOL Out of the 3 companies I interviewed Roy with Clever Remodeling who stood out the most in many ways, he was honest and really listened to my needs. Their bid was right among the rest of them GC's (well at least the ones who actually provided me with one...) and the decision was easy, We made some changes to the proposal and 2 days later we agreed on the price and signed a contract for a full kitchen remodeling project and some other interior remodeling tasks. They started with a kitchen remodeling planner/designer that created a great rendering which helped me a lot in visioning the future kitchen. After the design was signed they demolished my old cabinets and the rest is just history. COMMUNICATION was the key word, I could get a hold of them instantly at any given time (I mean they answered my texts at 11PM). Roy supervised the Job closely, he made sure I was happy with how things were going and when things were not done properly they were the first to admit it and remedy the situation before I even got home, I literally did not do anything but buying the appliances and approving the designs! Superb service and quality! We hired Roy to remodel our kitchen, den, master bath, and guest bath. He walked us through the entire process handled everything for us including planning, design, and construction all the way through completion. We were particularly amazed at how quickly each step of the project was completed while still maintaining a high level of quality. The entire process took about 12 weeks from start to finish, which was very close to the estimate that was given to us at the beginning of the project. Everything came out beautifully and the work was done with the most care. I would be happy to refer Roy and their team.

We bought our home in October, and immediately started the search for someone to renovate our bathrooms. We purchased an Eichler home, so it was important we were able to find someone to help carry the modern design into the bathrooms. Ultimately we decided to go with Clever because of Gili, he was transparent and we immediately felt comfortable with him handling our remodel. We are also very particular so it was important we found someone we could trust. When We met with Gili, and he took the time to walk us through what we could expect, and ensured us that he'd help us take care of everything from start to finish. Not only did he have someone on staff to design our bathrooms, he made sure we had the designer came with us to the showroom to pick out what we would need. We felt confident we were getting fair pricing with everything too, if the team thought a showroom was over priced they told us where we could easily save money which was nice. They also knew the right places to go to when it came to tiling. After we picked everything, that was it. Gili and his team took care of the rest. They sent us a rendering of what it would look like and it came out just like the rendering. We were super impressed on demo day at how clean the job site was, Gili and his team treated our home with a lot of care. Another thing that is super important is they didn't cut corners, they did everything to city code, and even got an architect out to the house to ensure that the remodel would not affect anything in the home as we have a lot of beams due to the style. We didn't have to worry about anything. When we were nearing the end of the project Gili and team left the home on better condition then when they started the project it felt like. Everything was very clean, and throughout the project they also kept the home cleaned up every day when they left the site. We would highly recommend Clever Design and Remodel to anyone that wants end to end services for your next home remodel. We enjoyed working with Gili so much that we already have asked him to help us with another project right after they completed our bathrooms.

I went to Clever Design and Remodeling earlier this year for a few home upgrades. I wasn't sure where to look because of the sheer amount of contractors but I have to admit that in this case, it worked out wonderfully! Specifically I wanted to repaint my house, our guest bedroom completely redone, which included knocking down a wall and redo the bathroom/plumbing. Before, the bedroom was cluttered and tiny. Now, it's luxurious and roomy! The crew at Clever went far and above what I requested them to do. From the countertops to the shelving, everything came together so coherently and beautifully. Their price is really good comparing the great job they did and have great customer service beginning to end. My husband and I had a thousand questions and they didn't mind explaining it all to us. My house went from bland to incredibly stylish yet still homey and comfortable thanks to Gili!

Clever Design and Remodeling and crew did a complete remodel on my bathrooms and it turned out awesome. In Woodside space is a premium, so we discussed our plans with Roy and he and his crew created two beautiful bathrooms, complete with new electrical and plumbing. I appreciated their patience and advice through the process as his experience made choices far less daunting. Roy suggested using metal edges to match many of our fixtures and lines. We were amazed by everything they were able to do, emphasizing every single detail and staying true to the promise of their timing and budget. It looks great. I also ended up asking Roy for additional work such as changing my kitchen backsplash, changing my island countertop to a bigger one and installing lights under the kitchen cabinets. I will not hesitate to recommend this company to whoever needs to renovate their home.

After staring at my kitchen for the last 6 months of COVID-19 I decided I was ready for a remodel. I contacted several companies for an estimate and I immediately felt confident with Clever. Gili was honest, helpful and kind - seems common, but isn't always. He had great ideas about the kitchen as well as connections for cabinets and countertops. He met me at the showroom, took measurements and was incredibly supportive in the process. All of the guys who worked on my home also had similar work ethics and kindness. My job was done on time and quickly and Gili communicated with me regularly. At the end we did a walk through of the job. There were a very tiny things that needed some attention and they were addressed in two days. I can't recommend them more. I will absolutely be calling them for my next job!

I contracted Gili at Clever Design and Remodeling for a bathroom remodel along with all of our family room, part of kitchen and cabinets, and couldn't be more pleased with the results. It was a huge job to say the least! Gili is an excellent interior designer. The project took approximately 6 working days. We removed a tub/shower combo and turned it into a standing shower with frameless glass doors and sandstone tile throughout. Who knew just changing the colors of the cabinets would totally transform my kitchen! My outdated bathroom has been instantly updated and it looks beautiful. I'm already thinking of hiring them to paint my bedrooms too!

My kitchen had bothered me for many years and I finally decided to fix it and I am so glad I hired Clever Design and Remodeling! The kitchen had been fully remodeled in 2008, however, the style was just needing a little face lift! I researched endlessly for a kitchen cabinet resurfacing company and came across Clever Design and their team! Roy explained they would finish the job in a week, and they did. Our cabinets looks brand new, which is pretty remarkable because they were in pretty bad shape. Our little kitchen definitely came a long way and the before/after is pretty amazing! Their paint work was flawless and when they reinstalled the doors and drawers even fixed a couple funky things about our cabinets which really made our lives easier. A+!

What a great company to work with! From the first minute I met Roy I had a good feeling about him, we actually needed to start the project because we had major issues with our old kitchen and bathroom, so after a short phone call with him, he showed up 2 days after and gave us a pretty good price for the amount of scope of work we asked, especially in the hard times we are in and even and the fact that we needed to start the job immediately. Roy was super flexible with us which is greatly appreciated. We quickly designed our new kitchen and bathroom and they even did for us a Beautiful 3D rendering that showed us how our kitchen and bathroom gonna look like with all the materials we chose, along the way that was super helpful because there was no room for mistakes. The end result is amazing and we got the clean look exactly like we imagined!

I can not say THANK YOU enough!!!! From the start, Roy was very helpful and very professional. I called on a Saturday for an estimate regarding installation of crown molding, base boards, new door frames and painting of my newly purchased home. We live on the 2nd story of a condo complex and our remodel consisted of a full kitchen and living room demo, new flooring installed and recessed lighting. The peninsula was designed for our kitchen and after the installation of the moldings and the new paint my new place actually feels like HOME. The quality of work is impeccable. I highly recommend Roy and Clever Design and Remodeling and can't wait to have them back to do our bathrooms

After months of research, meetings with contractors and receiving numerous quotes for our remodel protect, we decided to go with Clever Design and Remodeling. Their quotes were very reasonable but most importantly they were very honest and helpful in critical design and material decisions. Additionally, there was a lot of flexibility in making changes on the fly. Gili's team was fantastic, the quality of workmanship was very impressive and there were some great suggested modifications by the team that really made a difference in the final outcome. We were provided daily scheduling updates and for the most part the timeline did not slip. Every person involved in our remodel project (master bed and bath and guest bath) was very good at their specialty and all had such a great attitude. At the end of each day the team would clean up and provide us with an update for the following day. I am extremely pleased with the final product as Clever Design and Remodeling provided us a great value. I would highly recommend them to anyone and look forward to our next project with them. We had 3 different bids for our needed work 1 of which was Clever Design and from the first interaction with Gili we were sold even before we got the bid! It took weeks to get a bid from other contractors and Gili had it to us the next day! We added a very small bedroom with closet, door, and all the finishings as well as recessed lighting and fans throughout our home and some lighting outside our home and in our garage. The work looks flawless as if it had always been there!! Roy was our project manager and he was so easy to work with! The poor man even redid some work that I had changed my mind on despite the extra time his men had to put into it but he did it with a smile and never complained once. The entire crew was on time and courteous to my neighbors and left my home clean every night. I was highly impressed from start to finish and will definitely be recommending Clever Design and Remodeling to everyone I know! We had the best experience with Roy from Clever Design And Remodeling! We remodeled the kitchen and our master bathroom, the design they did was super detailed so it saved me a valuable time, it’s a tough time for everyone right now so that’s greatly appreciate. The team was super respectful to my house, and we finished everything in less then 6 weeks! I am so thankful to Roy and he’s team for bringing my home back to life again! Quality was Superb!

After meeting with several potential contractors, we decided to go with Clever Design and Remodeling after meeting Roy. He was up front with us, gave us and outlined potential costs and told us the timeline with expected time line to complete our full house renovation. We are doing a complete kitchen and two and half bathroom remodel. Roy has been completely professional, responsive and helpful throughout this process. One of my main requirements was to have a project manager who would guide me through the entire process to minimize any stress with the renovation, and Roy from Clever Design and Remodeling has done just that. We just finished our project of replacing our countertop and backsplash. We had to replace our undermount kitchen sink which had a crack in it and had been installed improperly which necessitated having to remove our original countertop and backsplash. Roy at CDR was wonderful to work with. He addressed all of our concerns and the process was very smooth. Roy told us at the beginning that the project would take 3-5 days, but it ended up being 1 1/2 weeks due to delay in the availability of the tile we chose for our backsplash. We decided to swap out the bathroom vanity in two bathrooms and paint the kitchen & family room. It took 2 half days to get the bathrooms done and the painting took 1 1/2 days. We ran into a problem with one vanity and they had to relocate the drainpipe. The painter was great at patching the drywall and painting. He even patched up a wall at another part of my house and had the paint matched too. The relocation of the drainpipe and drywall patch up weren't in the contract and we weren't charged for it! The workers put up plastic to decrease the amount of dust we would have to deal with, and they entered thru the patio door reducing traffic and dust in other parts of the house. We are very happy with CDR and are now using them to spruce up our bathrooms. The crew was so pleasant and respectful that the whole experience seemed like it was a breeze. Roy made us feel at ease and nothing was too hard to handle. Any concern I had was addressed. Customer service at its best!

Our project wasn't a small one and involved detail we were a little concerned about before starting. Roy, one of their project managers had addressed these concerns right at the start and assured us they would find a solution we would be happy with. Sure enough they did. We remodeled our entire kitchen and decided to add our guest bath into the mix about 2 weeks into the project and after seeing everything was running smoothly. What I absolutely loved about the process was that I was able to see the final layout in form. This really helped us visualize what it would all look like prior to moving forward with construction. We were then able to make some adjustments until we were happy with the way everything looked. It was just a very straight forward process, as it should be when dealing with professionals. Where do I start! Clever Design and Remodeling just finished completing a full remodel of my 3 bedroom/2 bath 1,152 sq. ft. home (circa 1974) that had never been updated. Included in the remodel were custom kitchen and bathrooms; new windows and flooring throughout; new A/C and furnace with new ducting; removal of acoustic ceiling; new door (front/fire/closet) replacement throughout; full interior and exterior painting; and updated electrical and plumbing. This amount excludes the cost of all kitchen appliances, vanity/countertops in bathrooms, doors, light fixtures, window coverings, kitchen & bathroom finishes (backsplash tile, cabinet knobs & drawer pulls, sinks, faucets, shower/bath fixtures, mirrors, door handles), new garage door and opener, closet shelving and brackets. Overall, the workmen employed to perform the multitude of tasks involved with this project did a wonderful job! As far as the quality of the work goes, I would not hesitate to hire Clever again. Gili was nice, showed a desire to please, overall accessible to answer questions, and provided sound and helpful design advice. The front office staff were very pleasant to deal with, and were attentive to issues that arose. If I had a question, it was usually answered quite promptly. Gili and his crew all stand out as being great to work with. Even after the work was done, Gili was so intent on ensuring I was satisfied that he demonstrated his professionalism and commitment to complete client satisfaction...I appreciate and respect that.

We hired Clever Design and Remodeling to remodel our kitchen in our condo. We had met with two other contracting companies and we were given a similar quote as Clever but to be honest, meeting with Gilli gave me a totally different level of confidence than meeting with the others. We replaced most of the carpeting in our home with European Oak wood flooring which is beautiful. We also had the kitchen cabinets refinished and a new stainless steel over the range microwave installed as well as coordinating new sink fixtures and all new cabinet hardware. Recessed lighting was installed in the living room, kitchen, and master bath with necessary patching and all ceilings painted. Roy was very knowledgeable of all aspects of the project -plumbing, electrical, carpentry- displaying true craftsmanship in his work. Gilli was great to work with, she is very detail oriented and he and his team always left our house and the common areas in the condo building extremely clean (cleaner than it was originally, honestly). The Clever Design and Remodeling team really went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable and happy with the work. Strongly recommended!!!!
