Wow! I'm absolutely thrilled with the incredible work done by ON Design & Remodeling during my full house remodeling. From the very beginning, they were friendly, approachable, and professional. The project manager, Raz, was truly exceptional. He took the time to understand my vision and needs, making me feel that my house was in the right hands.

We’re so happy with how the project went and the finished extension of our home! The team is very detail oriented, and passed all the rounds of city inspections the first time, leading to an earlier-than-expected completion. They’re also very receptive to different feedback we had during the construction process and were very accommodating. Communication is also very smooth. We added a room+bathroom to our home and during construction discovered that previously part of our home was already an extension by the previous owners. It added some complexity to our project because the previous extension was not well through out. I was worried this would increase the cost of our project, but the team at ON made the necessary improvements to the original home’s extension without charge and we’re very happy with the results! Definitely will seek them out again for any future projects we have!

We did an open kitchen with them, which required breaking down couple of walls to get the open kitchen layout and we are very pleased with their work. Their architect was great, gave us really good ideas. Their foreman was really good and they passed all inspections in one shot. They were very clear in their communications and we never had any surprises. We have a toddler so we left the house, but they had a dedicated crew who came to work everyday at 6am (we saw them through our cameras). Everyone who has seen the house has complimented us on the craftsmanship and quality of work. To top it they gave the house back a few days before the delivery date, even though we did add more scope than we initially signed. They were a little more expensive than the other contractors we called, but we feel they were totally worth it and we would love to work with them again.

My husband and I just bought our first home, and like all first time buyers we wanted to make sure we make all the right decisions. We interviewed several companies and chose to work with On and with Roi as our project manager. Roi guided us through every single step of the process with outstanding professionalism, and always with a beautiful smile. We are literally amazed with the transformation The guys were able to do to the house in 4 months, and are in love with the final touches. We can’t wait to do our exterior areas with On, Roi and his crew next year.

I hired ON recently for a project that involved adding a living room, bedroom, bathroom, and also to make some enhancements to the kitchen, flooring, family room and existing bathrooms. The ON team did a wonderful job. The overall project management and execution was smooth and the work progressed according to the plan at each stage of the project..from start to finish. The project was completed about a month earlier than was originally estimated at almost the quoted cost. ON has an excellent well-integrated team led by Aviv, the project manager. We finished our kitchen remodeling within 2 months with ON Design & Remodeling. The entire project couldn't have done smoother. The old kitchen was completely demoed. We opened the floor plan to extend the kitchen into the small bedroom right next to the kitchen, reconfigured the countertop layout, moved the opening into the porch, replaced a rotted-out pipe behind the kitchen wall. It was a lot of work and these guys worked non-stop and efficiently. Stanley and his crew are here on time first thing in the morning and worked long hours into the early evening. Aviv was always available if we have any questions. They're very responsive to our requests during the project, we asked if we could add an extra line of heating/cooling to the attic and it was done immediately. I was just looking to remodel our old master bathroom for long time and decided to interview 3 different contractors. It's been a month since our remodeling, I must say as things settle down, I'm most appreciative of Aviv and his team. We just finished to build an ADU in the backyard with ON Design & Remodeling. In the beginning we met Aviv and he guided us with his team along the design process. They helped us to get the permit faster and choosing all the visible materials before starting the work. During the construction we received weekly updates regards the process so we always knew what to expect. We build the unit for my parents and they are so happy with their new small home, and to share the yard together with us. Our bathroom was old until ON Design & Remodeling renovated it, leaks and unpleasant odor, it was a general renovation that included all gypsum wall replacement, plumbing replacement, replacing old electrical wires and installing modern ceiling recess lights, modern porcelain tile on walls and floor, vanity, vanity faucets, sinks, mirrors toilet and new paint. Every day the workers arrived in the morning and finished around 4-30 pm, sometimes they even stayed a little longer when they needed to complete specific items. we talked to Raz every day about the project, what will happens in the next day, want to point out that Raz told us he was not ready to start work until we had all the finish materials in our hands, he didn’t want to waste time and working days. The whole bathroom look totally different now! We are super happy with the results and will recommend ON Design & Remodeling to anyone that looking a good quality of construction work in decent price, and most importantly to deal with polite and responsible people.

We recently used ON Design & Remodeling for a fairly large remodel in our home and couldn't be happier with both the result and the people we were able to work with. My project manager Aviv did an amazing job remodeling my kitchen. I had a slight idea of what I wanted for the overall look but no design ready yet before we met. Rinat the interior designer made a 3D design for me after our first meeting which was very helpful! He has great ideas and I appreciated him keeping my budget in mind while we discussed what I wanted. Once we started work, his team stayed on schedule and Aviv was really great with keeping me updated throughout the project. The workers were also very respectful of the space and cleaned up nicely which I really appreciated. My kitchen feels completely transformed now and ON Design & Remodeling made it feel really easy!! After buying our new home, we were looking for the right company to help us build an ADU on the backyard mostly for our teenager son, and with the option to rent it out in the future and crate a side passive income. After Interviewing 4 companies, we decided to go with on Design and Remodeling because of how they were very detail oriented and explain us exactly how the process going to be and I had an amazing ideas of how to maximize our not too big of a space. Raz at Teak Owl was very responsive to all my questions. Our cabinets were worn. He explained all of my options: reface, refinish, or touch-up. With each option, he provided the cost. He also had me send him pictures, so that he could determine which option was the best. We decided on the touch-up and have been very impressed. From beginning to end, Rsz was very thorough in answering our questions and on the touch-up process with our cabinets. If you are looking for a company to remodel your house I 100% recommend ON Design & Remodeling. When I first started to search for companies to remodel my kitchen and bathroom I met with 3 companies and by far ON Design & Remodeling exceeded my expectations. I met with Aviv and his crew and they were straightforward. They explained to me the process of permits, inspections and what they were going to do in my kitchen and bathroom. They helped me design my kitchen and provided the service of picking up finish material . When I had questions they were always eager to answer them and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Aviv and the team at ON Design & Remodeling did a fantastic job with my home remodel.
