A friend of mine referred Ofer to me for my Kitchen remodel project as he heard I have been thinking about changing the layout and making it open concept with an island. As usual, friends don't lie and Ofer went above and beyond my expectation. He took care of everything from A to Z. Plans, permits, 3D designs, and amazing results in the end. He paid attention to the small details and was on schedule during the whole project. I am so happy with my kitchen remodel so I can't wait for my next one! Working with Ofer our project manager was really fun. They were on top of all the details and what we needed, such as the material and arrival . we had our floor replaced, and our kitchen got a new look, my kitchen looks amazing . My husband Greg and I just had our 50 yr old townhouse renovated by Top Home Builders in August 2022. Top Home Builders brought our vision to reality. Excellent company to work with, Nick the office manager along with the crew kept in close contact with an excellent response time and answered any questions or concerns we had in regards to the project. The transformed our house with an updated and modern curb appeal. They changed out our old porch and transformed the area to a new entry way, an office space and a walk in closet.

I need to remodel my kitchen since it had to be gutted due to water damage. I decided to go with Top Home Builders and I am really glad I did. It's scary, looking for contractors because of so many horror stories out there. I did my due diligence and set up appointments with different companies - some promised the world, some charged exorbitant prices, some just strings you along, and some seemed like con-artists out for a quick buck. I went with Top Home Builders since it offered a competitive price, and honestly, it just feels right. As someone who doesn't know anything about home building and construction, it's not enough to do my research and I have to use my instincts as well. I sensed from the beginning that Ofer, the owner, is passionate about the quality of work he delivers to his clients. I know he would personally make sure that the job gets done right - no shortcuts, no cutting corners. As I start working with his crew, I realized my assessment is right. The people he sent are polite and easy to work with. They know what they are doing. They have years of experience under their belts which is reflected in their work. They are nice, professional and polite. They are competent and methodical. I am thankful for hiring them since they took care of everything - from dealing with the city's red tape, design, construction, scheduling, picking up materials and even returning unused items. There may be other companies out there that offers the same thing but I doubt you will get the quality of service that they give. Others may send contractors who won't care if they do it right since they just want their paychecks. You can tell that Ofer runs a tight ship and will only hire people who brings value to his projects. He genuinely wants his clients to be happy, and that's more than I can say to most companies out there. Dealing with a gutted kitchen is not fun, but working with Top Home Builders certainly helped me navigate through the process of rebuilding. I am super happy to choose Top Home Builders.

Ofer and his crew were awesome to work with. They were great problem solvers - goal was to fit a shower into a very small third story bathroom and end result is great. Project was on time & on budget and they were just all around great guys to work with. I would highly recommend them & already have shared them with several friends.

A full house renovation is something that I definitely did not look forward to because of the time I assumed it would take. This was a concern that made clear when on the phone with. When they came to evaluate the house to give a price and time estimate I was expecting them to say 6 months at least like every other company did. They told me they could get it done soon. I was a bit skeptical but I decided to hire them. It didn’t take them even a six months, they did a huge amount of work, a complete renovation with extreme detail in that period of time. I’m not going to write an essay here about the amount of detail that was put in, but I can’t stress it enough.

These guys know what they are doing. Professional and fast. I’m very pleased. I gutted an old existing bathroom and created a dream bathroom. The project was completed within 3 weeks!

We had Top Home Builders Inc People finish our basement this fall and are very happy with the entire process. All the Trades arrived as scheduled and were courteous and advised about and explained what they were going to do. We are very happy with our new basement that was completed on schedule.

I have used Top Home Builders Inc People last week for whole reno. The team I have worked with (Ofer the project manager and his crew) are always prompt and friendly to work with. They will offer suggestions if necessary to help make informed decisions on work to be done. They have a breadth of knowledge that keeps me coming back to have them help me with my home repairs and projects.

We purchased a condo and wanted to do a complete reno before moving in. They showed up when they said they would, worked until the job was completely finished. They worked tirelessly and without complaint when we made changes to the job on the fly. If we asked for a wall to go somewhere or a different finish to be used, it was done without issue. They were also helpful in making suggestions when we weren't quite sure which way to go. Our kitchen supplier was delayed in delivering the cabinets. Overall, in this day and age of horror stories involving contractors who take the money and either don't show up or abandon the project before finishing, Top Home Builders Inc was terrific in helping relieve the stress involved in a reno of this scale.

This was an amazing team to work with. Every step of the way was a good experience. Our basement looks beautiful and the job was done in a timely manner- two weeks to complete the entire job!

So happy with how my main floor and kitchen renovation turned out. It was a long 2 months, but it was totally worth it in the end. And Top Home Builders Inc People, especially Ofer who our project manager and were absolutely amazing the whole way through. We had got something like 10-12 quotes from different general contractors, and ended up with Top Home Builders Inc because of their professionalism, good reviews, detailed quotes, and friendly employees. They were not the cheapest, but also not the priciest. You definitely get what you pay for. I would highly recommend them for their services, and I'm very happy with how everything turned out!

My new house has been in need of some serious renovations since my family and me moved there. Thankfully I contacted Top Home Builders Inc and their work made my home look fantastic. Words can’t describe how happy I am with how beautiful everything has turned out. I was inquiring about doing my Kitchen and 2 bathrooms, A custom kitchen cabinet and unsuit reno was something that had particularly been on my mind for a long time so I decided to start with that, and just like with all their previous services they helped me refine my idea. The final work was completed a few months ago and as always I'm pleased with their work, it’s as accurate as humanly possible, I couldn't have asked for better craftsmanship. Building a custom home is a very overwhelming and stressful process, but their experience and professionalism help soothe so many pains. These guys are bar none the best in the business .
