We reached out to California Shower Door as we had a stair railing project that had run into some major issues with our metal and glass stair installation. The company we had hired to do the work (Arc Metalworks - James Pattock) was an absolute disaster, leaving us with unfinished railing and without glass when he just vanished off the face of the earth. When we reached out for help, Marcos was immediately responsive and incredibly professional - coming over to our home to review the project and provide an estimate of the work. The pricing was very fair and they were willing to complete the unfinished project. Throughout Marcos was available and responsive, which gave us great peace of mind after our initial experience with another company. The installation crew led by Alex was equally impressive. They were punctual and professional, taking care with our home and new floors as they set about to measure the glass needed and then install it. Alex was a great communicator and worked with me to answer all my questions and to get the installation done in a way that far exceeded my expectations (which included addressing some stability problems with the railing itself that the original company had screwed up). I am able to work out difficult design solutions with their representative Tony Contreras early so that I know when it comes time to measure and install the large pieces of glass it will be done right.
