One of the things I most appreiate about Susan's work is that she can do an entire house, or just update an area. IN my home I had a kitchen update I wanted to do-- she worked within my budget to find the most bang for my buck to update the space and it came out wonderfully!”

“Loren Wood is outstanding, the perfect contractor. The electrician who works with him nicknames him "the great communicator" and this is true. He is a perfectionist. He can do traditional designs, but he sticks out from contractors in the Bloomington area by also being open to modern and contemporary styles. He did a very wide-ranging remodel of our 1927 house superbly, stuck to his budget (except where we changed the spec, but even then did not take liberties), and worked incredibly professionally even in the longish period when we were away from the area. We could not be more pleased with the results. He also has a sub array of professionals with whom he works for carpentry, electricals, tiling, landscaping, hvac, roofing, painting. everybody whom he brings in is excellent. Could not rate the experience of working with him more highly.”

“I have contracted Mr. Meyer on a couple occassions to remodel two bathrooms and my kitchen. The work they performed was beyond my expectations and their attention to detail was amazing! “Leslie saved my kitchen. She's a great person to hire to come talk to you for a few hours about the possibilities she sees. In my case she knew exactly what wall to remove to completely open up the space while preserving the formal dining room; every other designer had suggested turning it into something not appropriate for the era or house. That said, she also knows how to mix the modern with the traditional, to make new modern things work with older houses. She can work with any builder you choose but her father Dave Noggle Builders did our work and it was outstanding.”

“DHM Remodeling finished our walk-out basement in record time and with the real professionalism -- he attended to details that we hadn't even considered (eg matching the stair rails for the lower level with other railings in the house). and we could not be more pleased with our basement. He's pleasant to work with, highly ethical and a perfectionist in terms of his work ethic and his pricing is very reasonable. We highly ecommend him and would definitely use him for future projects.”
