We have worked with Life Well Lived on a client's closet project and it's been a delight. It is obvious that Elizabeth and Cassandra care deeply about their clients, they check and double check the designs to be sure that the client gets exactly what he or she needs. The end result is a painless transaction and a happy customer, which is why Smart Closets is always happy to partner with Vivre Interiors. Elizabeth and Cassandra are a joy to work with and we're looking forward to more projects together.

Elizabeth was a pleasure to work with. Even in the most difficult of circumstances, late deliveries, trying worksite conditions, damaged purchases, Elizabeth was always cheerful and willing to do what was needed to complete the job. Elizabeth was able to act as my eyes and ears on the ground as we completed a yearlong renovation while I was residing out of state. Not only did Elizabeth facilitate the technical aspects of the project, she was able to assist me, as her client, in fully realizing my design vision.
I presented Elizabeth with a truly unique, complex, custom project and, she was able to deliver on all fronts. I asked Elizabeth to work with companies and vendors that she had not worked with before and she never had a moment’s hesitation. Elizabeth was able to coordinate with new vendors and create positive and lasting relationships with all. Elizabeth was wonderful at guiding my vision while, at the same time, not overwhelming it with her own. Last but not least, Elizabeth was sensitive to my budget constraints and rarely asked me to step outside of my budget or my comfort zone all without ever sacrificing my vision or the quality of her design.
This project required the need for attention to detail that many do not apply. Whether it be picking out 5 different shades of green or brown for custom mosaics, making sure that ceilings were level such that my amazing Bulthaup walnut kitchen cabinets would be perfectly level, or color matching my Blue Star stove with a truly stunning Leicht kitchen island (in colors they had never produced!), Elizabeth always delivered. I would never hesitate to recommend Elizabeth to another client as I am sure you will have a just as wonderful and fulfilling experience as I did.

My husband and I needed to do something about our bedroom; we had taken care of all other parts of the home, yet our bedroom was very ho-hum. I had heard about Vivre's services and reached out to Elizabeth, having never worked with interior designers. I always found the idea to be such a luxury, and a pointless one at that, as I consider myself to have a fantastic eye, creativity and artistic sense, willing to do digging and research to create the perfect space.
BOY was I wrong - Vivre was worth every penny and every second spent! At the onset, Elizabeth patiently and knowledgeably walked us through the process of our engagement, and dove deep to get a sense about us, what we were looking for, and what we were trying to create. My husband, who was especially skeptical about bringing on a designer was impressed from the onset: he found her professional, down to earth, thorough and practical (the last being key for him) ... as did I ... and these impressions were substantiated throughout the experience that followed.
Throughout the project, her hand-holding, patience, planning and detail orientation was beyond reproach. She masterfully coordinated painters, electricians, vendors, sub-contractors, simplifying a chaotic world into clear & simple choices for us. We felt so lucky to have found her and felt very taken care of. Further, her practicality and resourcefulness were key in respecting our budget and empowered us with all that we needed to make informed choices along the way. Honestly, there were at least 8 times we both commented on how Elizabeth's value far exceeded her fees - how often does THAT happen? It was so clear that the outcome and relationship were more important to her than anything else - talk about a true alignment of interest!
Lastly, and quite importantly: the outcome! We ADORE our bedroom - it is now our sanctuary - speaking to who we are and how we want to feel in the space. I would never have been able to pull it off, even with my research, time and personal style. If this is the level of care and service she provided for a mere bedroom renovation, I can't imagine the experience of a larger project. I recommend her without hesitation or reservation!

Commented: creamy white cupboards in kitchenIt's actually a matte black concrete floor. Honestly, it was a little difficult and expensive to perfect, so not sure if I would suggest going that route.
