In today's times it is so unusual to have a good customer service team, reach one of the team quickly, and talk with someone who knows the product and takes time with you to be sure your question is resolved. I experienced that today with Jessie, a customer service rep for the faucet line of Kohler. She was easy to work with, spent time to help us research a parts question, and confirmed everything in a follow up email. We will definitely use Kohler again.”

“Have you ever met someone and immediately known this is what they were supposed to do? For me that was Patti with Inside the Box Design. Family, Friends, and other Designers/Architects walked through our house providing input on how to add a 3rd bedroom. Everyone felt it couldn’t be done within the current footprint without significant compromises. Patti came up with and absolute dynamite layout within our current footprint. Everyone that has seen it has loved the new layout and are blown away with how functional/spacious everything still is with adding a 3rd room. Patti has been with us every step of the way fighting for us when things don’t go as planned (no project doesn’t have a little hiccup). Patti is an amazing designer and will do everything within her power to deliver exactly what the customer wants. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Inside the Box to my Family or Friends.”
