Abela was our designer and she understood the issues with our small space and made sure the design delivered all we needed. The installation team was super professional, on time and did a great job making the alterations we needed to fit the vanity into our space. Highly recommend their services!

We contracted Klein for the renovation of two bathrooms, full kitchen, lighting, replacement doors and numerous related improvements. Management and crew were courteous, solicitous of our needs, responsive, efficient and thorough. And even months later, if a small problem arose, they responded quickly with grace. This was my second project with Klein Kitchen. I did 2 bathrooms in 2019 and was so happy with the results that I decided to redo my kitchen using Klein Kitchen. Adam and the whole team were patient as we started the design of the project in January 2020, but due to Covid we paused until we could begin the renovation. When life returned to normal Adam and team were ready to begin. Abela designed a beautiful and functional kitchen for me. She was kind and patient as we worked on the design. She tweaked and guided the design process along the way and helped me make choices to create a modern and sleek kitchen. When it was finally time to begin the renovation I was happy to work with Tim and his crew again. The crew was always pleasant and professional and Tim always solved any issues we came across in my pre-war building - we even managed to have some laughs. Overall, I was very pleased with both projects Klein Kitchen did for me. I now have beautiful bathrooms and a gorgeous kitchen all thanks to Adam, Tim, Abela and crew! I would highly recommend them for any renovation project you have.

Our project got off to a rocky start with four failed waterproof tests, putting us 1+ months behind schedule, as well as sparse staffing (workers would show up 1-2 a week for the first few weeks). After the 2 month mark (i.e. October) the team has been very responsive and trying their best to make up as much of the lost time as possible. Still, what was meant to be a 1.5 month project is looking like it will ultimately take 4 months which is very unpleasant and costly for us, but there is some comfort in knowing that the final product looks great so far, and that management actually cares about unhappy customers.

I am extremely pleased with the recent renovation of my kitchen and bathroom by Klein Kitchen and Bath. Iryna’s designs for both rooms were amazing and made excellent use of limited space. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding.

We’ve worked with Adam, Tim and team at Klein Kitchen for two renovations now. The quality of work and attention to detail has impressed me both times. On top of that, they are genuine good people who I would trust with future projects without hesitation. The first project was a full kitchen rebuild and bathroom renovation. During the design process, the team helped with creative ideas that really transformed the limited space we had into something completely new. Both the bathroom and kitchen turned out beautiful, and I truly believe helped greatly when it came time to sell our place. Years later, when we purchased our current apartment, we turned to Adam and the team at Klein again. This time the project was to fully renovate two bathrooms, put up a wall, refinish the floors, paint everywhere, and run all new electrical. Quite a huge scope. Once again, Klein did not disappoint, everything we imagined was completed beautifully. Adam’s team managed every part of the process from permits to building approval, really making what could have been a ton of coordination as easy as possible. While there were some setbacks along the way (the designer left the firm halfway through the project) Adam and his team really worked hard to ensure that we were happy with the results. Tim, the general contractor, was such a pleasure to work with. I love my kitchen!

Earlier this year, we had our kitchen and one bath renovated as well as other work done in our apartment and were extremely pleased with the quality of the workmanship and attentiveness to detail. My building is insanely strict and they handled their ridiculous requests with professionalism and grace, helping me work around them and get the best possible deal. Zeny was an absolute dream! She worked with me to create a beautiful design that is practical and stylish and held my hand throughout the design process with an editing and decisive eye. She's incredibly talented and hard-working and I can't say enough good things. She put up with my constant emails and questions, as did the rest of the office; the people who work at Klein are also incredibly dedicated. They truly care about their clients and want the best for them. They're trustworthy and masters at what they do and aren't satisfied until you are. You're in good hands if you choose them for your project. PS get a heated toilet seat.

A couple months ago I finished a kitchen remodeling job with Klein Kitchen and bath and their wealth of knowledge in decorating materials is unmatched! I spent a long time deciding on the type of flooring I wanted because I wanted something long lasting and durable but still something comfortable to stand on and aesthetically pleasing. I did a lot of my own research but only once I spoke with the professionals could I make the right decision and their recommendation to use vinyl was excellent. Its low maintenance, water/stain resistant and inexpensive. They even advised me on how to upkeep it - a little waxing now and then keeps it looking brand new!

KK&B pay such attention to every small detail to ensure that you're happy and have whats best suited for you. After drawing up the plans for our kitchen they asked us what faucets we'd like to install. I would never have given it a second thought with so many bigger items to analyze but they took the time to explain our options so we could make an informed decision. Eventually we chose a stainless steel faucet, changing our initial decision of a ceramic sink to stainless steel to match because they are more durable and long lasting. They suggested a great feature, a spray arm attached to the faucet nozzle, and now that the kitchens installed and I've used it for a couple of months I see its advantages.

I just fitted a state of the art exquisite bathroom. The Kitchen Klein and Bath remodelling deserve the highest recommendation. With expert interior design they utilised every last bit of space and introduced us to original products that are still practical for our family of six and well within our budget. Every component is high quality, and there are enough choices for anything you can dream up. I hope to be using KK&B again at the end of the year to re-decorate our kitchen.

If you need practicality and looks you couldn't do better than to get yourself over to Klein Kitchens. There are many places that can provide style but not many that offer the level of service that Klein Kitchen and Bath do. Specifying an entire kitchen's worth of architecture can be a very involved and detailed process and working with them makes the whole process as stress free as possible. I am an interior designer and I wanted to combine my ideas with their competitive prices and know how. KK&B are extremely thorough and knowledgeable. They were always able to answer my questions and provide alternatives or creative suggestions when a tricky issue arose. They thought of every detail and worked to coordinate with myself and the providers to ensure delivery and installation. As with any product occasionally something is not perfect and the team has always taken care of any problems as efficiently as possible. I always feel confident that they have the client's best interest at heart and will do everything possible to make sure the final result is one that we are all happy with. I would highly recommend Kitchen Klein as immensely helpful in choosing and coordinating a large project.

We just couldn't be happier with the services offered. We were amazed at the range of skills offered and loved browsing Klein Kitchen and Bath pictures online. They gave us a good idea about what we wanted to create with our bathroom and there are enough choices for anything you can dream up. Our bathroom came out a beauty in earth tones and they offered a great range of toilets, tiles and showers, not just the regular simple options. We had under floor heating installed at the same time and they just kept on working around the electrician. I've done a few decorating jobs over the years but this is the first time I used this company. I used them under recommendation and after such a successful job I felt it was a service to others looking for professionals to comment on the klein kitchen and bath reviews. Firstly, my job wasn't a pleasant one. I needed a serious bathroom revamp but first they had to get rid of the old stuff. The place was damp due to one to many leaks and the whole place needed reinforcing. Lucky for me the KK&B workers anticipated this beforehand so I was warned from the outset that it could add on expenses. It was so good that they put it all out on the table when they were giving me an original quote because I've had one or two catch and bait stories where the companies gave me a great price to begin with and then slowly once the work began kept adding more and more on to the original quote. Another thing I've had bad experience with in the past is jobs carrying on waaay past the deadline. Kitchen klein finished on time with Christmas and New Year in the middle! Its a 5* recommendation from me.

I booked Klein Kitchen and Bath to re-decorate the upstairs bathroom and joining toilet. Its a good idea to work through every item before you begin as we had a slight delay whilst we chose which walk in shower to go for. There were so many more choices than we first anticipated and we lost several days to this decision. Klein Kitchen and Bath handled this little hiccup with great professionalism and fortunately, the work was still completed within the deadline.

I've spent a lot of time on the Houzz site gathering ideas and decided to go with Klein Kitchen and Bath for their positive customer feedback and recommendation from friends. Plus I love their fresh ideas. We're halfway through extending the kitchen and re-carpeting the master bedroom and so far all is smooth running. The workers have this unflappable demeanour that inspires confidence and they are working at a steady pace to reach our 3 week deadline. So although I can't comment on the finished product yet...I'll re-post soon!

Klein Kitchen and Bath really lived up to their word and their crew perfected the job. After getting serveral quotes from different companies, KK AND B was the one that stood out and wanted to turn old into modern. I explained what I wanted done, they came back with a couple of blueprints to what they thought would be best. An old tight bathroom was transformed into a modern bathroom that offered more space. From Klein Kitchen and Bath customer service to installation, I was very satisfied with everything.

Our recent bathroom renovation was necessitated by a mysterious leak that emerged in two different places. We thought we'd try Klein Kitchen and Bath because they are in our area and they did not disappoint! They were very pleasant to deal with and very kindly rearranged their schedule to accommodate us so that we would not have to live without our main bathroom for too long. We bought a shower base, shower doors, vanity with stone top, and shower fixtures that were all fairly priced but top quality in both looks and durability. The workers were extremely patient about detecting the source of the leak and found someone to fix the plumbing. They then stripped the old bathroom out and did a magnificent job on the tiling, repaired the ceiling, installed the fixtures and the new window—all to a very high standard, with admirable focus and efficiency. Klein Kitchen and Bath has remodelled my kitchen and both my bathrooms. I chose KK&B because they are a "one stop shop". They handled the design, project management, inspections, and all the labor for all the projects. The designs do speak for themselves. They were designed to my liking and have made the living space more usable than it ever was before. The team of builders were friendly and non-obtrusive which was particularly important to me as the job was big and I knew they would be around my house for an extended period. Thank you KKB I am thrilled with the results.

Klein Kitchen and Bath did a remodel job on my kitchen. They have a fantastic kitchen designer with a wealth of knowledge and ideas to help maximised space without leaving out any details like extra appliances or a spare freezer. The results were beautiful. We went for a glossy black and white finish that gives a fresh spacious and hygienic look. I now have the kitchen of my dreams!

Do not hire this company. I did and I regret it. Currently, in my almost renovated bathroom, the thermostatic valve in the shower is backwards and you can’t get hot water. The shower handle rotates all around instead of turning off. The plumber broke the adapter in the control value for the tub and it needs to be fixed. The CEO says these are minor things. I shouldn’t be upset. Previous to the plumbing errors, the tile setters cut holes that were bigger than the trim for the handles. I had to send a picture to the company because no one was around to check on the work. The crew also used plaster and paint where they should have used grout. When I complained about its appearance, the CEO told me I wouldn’t notice it after a while. I had to insist that it be fixed. He also told me not to worry when water leaked from the bathroom into the kitchen on the first day of demolition. No one called to tell me there was a problem but there was a puddle in the kitchen after they left. And then he said it was because of our old pipes, which isn’t true. I have other examples of mistakes and cutting corners. When I asked what they would use to insulate the niche on the exterior wall, the project manager said it was a small area so it wouldn’t be needed. The designer was similarly nonchalant about doing the job well. She put in a tile order without even thinking about ordering pencil trim. Only after I asked did she contact the tile company to find out if any pieces were available. The list goes on and on. I wish someone had warned me before I signed the contract. It would have saved me a lot of grief.
