We regret hiring M3. They “ghosted” us once we contacted them in regards to incomplete work. They do not warranty their work in writing. Best of luck to anyone that hires them.

Horrible workmanship and even worse reliability and honesty. Took our money and never completed the job. (Not that we wanted them to). Just return what is rightly ours.

My garage was completely renovated by M3 Renovation Services. The owner, Miguel, has now done garages for other friends and he has just completed a basement for a friend doing everything as it was just cement walls. Now there are walls and ceilings, a beautiful bedroom, storage closet, full bathroom, family room, and flooring. He and his crew are very professional, go above and beyond, and always clean and tidy things up before leaving for the day. They are now doing work for friends in Rideau Forest. He and his sons do excellent work, are thorough, polite, and leave everything clean. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending M3renovations.

The renovations to the base area were carried out in a very professional manner. The work was expertly completed on scheduled and within budget. The contractor provided excellent input with respect to the design and finishings.

We are finally done. Miguel has installed the door with the hairline crack and we are very happy with everything. I am so glad I could rewrite this review and give him a 5 for returning and guaranteeing his work. What i liked about him was that we worked together coming up with ideas that would work best in my so tiny kitchen. Would definitely recommend him.

Kitchen renovations, hired M3 in October 2016 finally completed in December 2016. 4 Months later one of the cabinet doors has a crack in it and I have called 4 times and texted 3 times and still have not heard from them. They said they guaranteed their work very disappointed and do not want other potential clients to have to go through this kind of issue.

Customer was away for 5 months down south. When they were back they contact me. I assured her husband that I will replace the door if I have to and not to worry but that it will take some time to get to them because of the busy season. I have gone to measure the door that is supposed damage and reorder. Should be arriving soon and will replace as promised.

M3 Renovations was hired to do some cabinetry work. I'm very pleased with the design the company was able to provide, despite the small area the designer was able to work with. Now I have a lot more room not only to store my things, but my house looks more organize and clean :) I highly recommend M3 Renovations - their prices are reasonable and the their work is top notch. Again thank you to Miguel and his team for providing a superb work.
